Glad that I found a mechanic that is not after your money. But mostly wanted to help you get your car fixed. My engine light is on so they scanned my car and found out the problem he doesn’t charge me after clearing the codes and telling me what is the best way to get my car fix! He always ready to help! Kudos and will recommend him to anyone.

I have been serving my car in the suburbs, but I barely can call that a service comparing to what Li Max and his team did for me. The car is purring nicely since. Highly recommended them fast and efficient. The best you can get.

I’ve been taking my car here for repairs and service, for a while now. They have a great team who will get the job done done for you. Recently got my alternator swapped, which pointed out by a different mechanic was supposed to be an engine failing problem and 3k in expenses. Went to SRA and the problem was fixed within hours. I like it that they are experienced, honest and great with customer service.

I went SRA to pre-purchase check and oil change They were very kind and explained well. However, it took so long even though i made appointment early morning. I think they couldn’t very well time-managing and schedule. I normally spend over 3hours for regular service. That’s too bad.

Excellent customer service along with taking care of your Vehicle . They are master of their job. I never searched for any other place to fix my car after getting it done from SRA. Highly recommended.

Got a quote for timing belt kit and three drive belts to be changed in my small Hyundai. The big 85k-100k service. SRA honoured quote that was $150.00- $595.00 cheaper than their competitors, plus provided free, three windscreen wiper replacements. Got a guarantee on parts and labour. Job all done in 2 hours and 55 minutes.

They know what they are doing. I do my car service here. I go there just because of Li Max, he is awesome.

I was happy to get my car general serviced, but as I asked them to fix my car's horn, they mentioned they had no chance to fix it!

It was in sep 2019, i was there for car service which was around $130-$150 that time but without notifying me the owner changed some parts and charged me $207.80 as a final bill. He said no labour charge but he intentionally adds more $ on final bill. Since then i never been there.

I have been to set right automotives last week had a great experience with their services especially they have a beautiful smart phone app and customer portal free when we get added to their database which update every moment of our vehicle service,, thanks to SRA

Great people and great service. Owner is a real gentleman. My car was broken this week and I had a bad time. But this owner treated my issue very seriously and helped me out of his way. They are really helpful and generous. I’m really impressed with their service.

Such professional and friendly service. They squeezed me in because I meant to book my service a few weeks ago ????????‍♀️. I had booked in for a yearly service but told them that I knew a few things were needing to be fixed. They ran the diagnostic test and then called me and explained what they needed to do and the total cost. It was incredibly reasonable. When I picked up the car not only did they explain what they had done and why but they cleaned and vacuumed my car. What an added bonus. The customer care was exceptional and I look forward to my next service with them. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Had the unfortunate opportunity and broke down, all I can say is Li and his team bent over backwards to help us out. As we were interstate travellers we were stranded, they prioritised our needs. Great service and assistance. If you are travelling from interstate, give Li a call.

Got my Subaru serviced from Set Right. Although I had no prior appointment, Li-Max was kind enough to take it in in the morning. Got my car delivered in the afternoon and the vehicle drives like a dream. Top job all around!

Took a Hilux into Set right automotive 4-6 weeks ago to get a full roadworthy done due to a defect. A previous roadworthy had been done at a different mechanic but due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to get it seen by the same place again. Half of the things that were wrong with the car SRA didn’t pick up on but still passed the car. It was driven for about a week before receiving ANOTHER recall notice. When informing SRA of this they insisted on me bringing the vehicle in to be re inspected just to make sure the vehicle was ‘roadworthy’. After booking in with transport for the call in notice there were more issues that were picked up on yet again which ended up costing us more money to fix when they should have been fixed in the first place. When messaging the owner about this I was spoken too rudely and in an unprofessional manner when all we were trying to do was get the car back on the road and passed by transport. Yesterday after closer inspection we have noticed that wires have been cut in the headlights in order for them to try and install park lights to pass the vehicle. We were not notified of this at the time and when getting back in touch with SRA I was yet again spoken too in a very rude manner and was told that they were no longer interested in working on this vehicle, Followed by being blocked. Do not recommend these guys for road worthys or any mechanical services for that matter. Weren’t pleasant to deal with at all.

Car was taken to get in due to some issues with my car it cost me $950 on pick up saying the problem was fixed. Took it literally 2 mins down the road same issue with car was lucky to get it back without being in a accident or car cutting out all together. They than had it for 2 months to fix the issue costing me another $2250. Got my car back now even a week later having the sane problem, contacted them they was happy to come get it and have a look at it again. Told me they fixed the problem again but not I'm having issues again a week later? So have paid just over 3k and still the issues haven't even been fixed. I do not recommend them at all!! Do not take your car here!! Unless you want to be wasting your money on a poor job or not having it fixed at all!!!
