What a team! When I have had issues with my vehicle they have been so accommodating. Their communication with costumers is second to none. No nasty shocks as they communicate pricing prior to performing the service you require. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else! Thanks guys! Saved me twice in 2 months!

My check engine light came on and Midas Moonah was the closest garage. I pulled in and after a very short wait a mechanic checked the diagnostics and identified the error, crank sensor and camshaft sensor, and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. The store manager went out if his way to accommodate me with a booking for the very next day as I use the car daily to commute to the city for work. Picked the car up the next afternoon and even received a bonus as the cost of the repair was less than quoted. That doesn’t happen very often. Can’t say enough about the service I received

After many years of using Midas I have lost faith in them. After having my car serviced and reading the report some things made no sense and the car runs rough at idle. If I can't rely on the report being accurate it makes for a very expensive oil change. I will be doing my own servicing in the future.

Simple service took 4hrs when I said I need back ASAP, when questioned stating I never said wanted it back ASAP and argued with myself. Very unprofessional and can't even do wheels alignment have to send it somewhere else.

Was good until they couldn’t resolve the issue why I’m loseing power on my 2017 Toyota hilux arfter oil and filters ect change !!! I went back twice and they sed I hafto get some1 to look at it arfter they took my money I highly not recommend any new cars there stay with your car dealers of brand even if it costs a little bit more

Great people with great service. Midas was recommended by my colleague. I took my car to different mechanics before who quoted me a horrendous amount of money and an absurd amount of waiting time. Midas did the job very well with fair money, and reasonable time and made it hassle-free. Chris Bird is very good at his job and deal with me in a very friendly manner and treated me honestly. Recommended to everyone.

Whenever I book in a service I always walk away after very happy. My car runs so well always because of the great job they do. I usually have some minor things I mention need doing while being serviced and they never let me down with this. Communication is great as is the price always. Highly recommended ????

First, after unsuccessfully trying to juggle my mon to fri job with my usual mechanic’s business hours, I googled who the hell is open on a Saturday? Midas is the only company that was open on a Saturday. I booked online, but Midas contacted me directly they were booked up on the date I’d selected and suggested more appropriate dates from which to confirm a servicing. The fact they contacted me at all does impress me. I’m overdue on the basic service and oil top up, and asked if they’d quote me to fix the muffler for a later repair. I think an hour and a half went by before I got a text advising me the main job was already finished with the cost of the service. And they had a compatible muffler in stock, did I want it fixed on the spot? Prices quoted to me were much cheaper than expected so I agreed. I think the additional work was under (but almost) an hour. Speed of the work, and pricing, also really impressed me. They talked me over what was good and what would need fixing down the track with a helpful quote so I could leave, think over it and budget for it. I’ll absolutely be back! My car runs so beautifully now.

We trust Chris’s expertise and find him very trustworthy, honest and reliable. Every job is done well and follow up is ongoing which adds to knowing the car is in good hands in maintenance for safety. Chris has organised a mirror replacement too which was super confident. Jo goes above and beyond to cater to your needs. As a new mum living out of town, I appreciated Jo getting my car attended to to best suit my availability and the quick turn around meant I was on my way with no inconvenience. The offer to use the amenities is always much appreciated too! I recommend the quality of service with Jo and Chris at Midas Moonah every time!

Needed muffler replaced. Hadn’t made a booking and Midas were able to fit new muffler straight away and at a reasonable price. Great service, much appreciated.
