Great service and explanation of what they did and why. They will always keep you informed and check with you when they find something that needs attention. I always get a loan car so I can keep working without the hassle of organising other transport. I would highly recommend Geoff, Romeo and the team.

My son recommended Jeff & Romeo who serviced his brakes. He was happy with price & service. I had to get my Honda Accord towed because the power steering had failed. Premier were busy but squeezed us in. I was back on the road within 24 hours with a new pump. Bill was at the low end of what I was expecting. I took my Triton to be serviced a few weeks ago. I have to say the service from the staff was amazing and the workmanship on my car is beyond amazing. Before starting any work on the car Romeo rang me and gave me a comprehensive list of what work I needed done so there was no surprises when it came to payment. The ute has been running far better than it did after I took it to Mitsubishi. I now recommend Premier to all my mates and family. Thanks Romeo and the team!

Fantastic service from Jeff and his team. The courtesy car is a great help and Jeff picks up and delivers my car back in top condition - washed , cleaned and serviced. Nothing is too much trouble. The price is always very reasonable and he always checks with me before starting any unexpected work on the car. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough . They’re great!

Romeo was easy to deal with and super friendly on the phone. The crew fixed the problem on my Holden EK and kept me updated through the whole process. Highly recommended to anyone with an old Holden or any car that they care about!

Call me old fashioned, but I still remember when you walked into a business and found the people to be sincere, expert in their trade and honest. Places where the the business owners are people who genuinely care about the quality of their workmanship, their expert advice AND their customers. Premier Automotive is one such business and Jeff and Romeo are true gentlemen. Their word is good and their workmanship is excellent (and I am not an old friend writing a bogus review!). Total savings since meeting Jeff and listening to his advice: $6,800!!! The first was an issue with the EGR unit, which another repairer quoted $4,500 to resolve. Premier Automotive fixed it for $600. The second was an issue with the ADBlue sensor and associated pump which, according to the manufacturer, is a $2,536 repair (not including the $264 cost to diagnose the problem). Jeff's advise was to 'take it back to the manufacturer', even though the vehicle was 'out of warranty'. He guided me through the process and to my absolute delight, the manufacturer replaced the part an NO cost to us - on the basis that it was a 'good will gesture'. Need a mechanic - go straight to Premier Automotive - you will get the service and expertise we all hope for. The fact that Jeff and Romeo are good fellas is a bonus!!

Jeff , Romeo and the team are true professionals. They rectified all the problems with my car and got it going better than it has ever gone. This place is reliable, efficient and represents excellent value for money with awesome customer service. If you have tried the rest now go to the best. You won’t be disappointed.

We always used to use Mercedes to service/do anything for our cars but after finding these guys we wouldn’t ever go elsewhere. Trustworthy, super reliable and always friendly too.

Absolute quality service from Jeff and his team! Not only was i provided with a high quality service for my car, but i was also greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Jeff and his team were more than happy to make the extra effort to make sure my car was serviced in a timeframe that worked well for me. Not to mention they gave it a nice big clean (inside and out). If you want an honest and reliable mechanic go and see Ciaran. He services both of our cars including our Mercedes and he is efficient and knowledgeable in what he does. Highly recommended!
