Highly recommended for a prompt and honest service. Since my car was the secondhand, there were many issues invisible. He found out all of critical problems and saved me form the car accident that will happen in future as a professional mechanic who has more than for 30 years experience. Besides, he always suggested two options that the budget for at least safety and the budget for the best safety. I believe that my car won’t stop on the road while driving the long distance as long as he has looked after my vehicle.

A month ago I booked in a regular service at Midas Narre Warren online, dropped off the car at 8am and within a couple of hours, service was completed. Great service, reasonably priced, and they went above and beyond - even gave the car an outside clean. Today I booked an appointment for an electrical issue, they gave me a complimentary coffee voucher for Vesper cafe as it was going to take an hour for them to fix, so it was very thoughtful of them considering it was a chilly cold and wet day… I will definitely keep coming back!! Is being rude a pre-requisite for working at a mechanic shop? I called up and asked if I could get a trans service booked in and done by today. Worker over the phone said no, and that he can’t help me. Before I could even try and ask for a different day, he slammed the phone in my face. Not to mention that his accent was hard to understand. Zero customer service

This place was such a great help to me! They fixed a number of significant issues with my car and serviced it for a fair price. My car is now in better condition than when I bought it because of their help and knowledge. I cannot recommend this place enough and I am certain that this is the place I will rely on for my car's maintenance going forward because, in all truth, the effort and work of this place is highly impressive. I had my car booked in for a basic service through Autoguru. I was contacted after the service and issues that presented were explained and costs involved. There were no surprises that I wasn’t expecting and the price was as fair and reasonable. The customer service was great; friendly and professional. I was taken aside before paying to be shown what was replaced and why. Can’t fault the team and will return based on my experience today.
