Great service forgot to replace my back wiper with extensive service

Had a busted lightbulb in one of my back taillights on my car. Went to super cheap auto first to get a lightbulb for it, the nice guy at the desk tried to install the lightbulb for me but couldn't in the end so drove around fountain gate randomly looking for a mechanic place and happened to come across Midas. Upon first impression on my way towards the entrance, I saw and smiled at a friendly bloke who I guessed was one of the employees and he smiled back. (Which was nice. Some staff don't smile or acknowledge you these days) Went in and told the guy at the counter about my problem and he got the friendly bloke to help me straight away. Turned out the lightbulb for the car was the wrong one and he went and got me the right one straight away and refused any payment from me for the right bulb several times. Super nice, super friendly. Thank you so much.

Went to Narre warren Hungry Jacks with kids on the way back home from school. Car broke down, battery issue. Asked help around – no luck. Walked in to Midas, no questions asked or didn’t give me any excuses, helped me with a portable charger right away with a smile. Never been there or didn’t know anyone from there….truly amazing. Good bunch of people with kind hearts.Thank you guys, really appreciated your kindness. Wish you best of luck. Good things always come to good people.

Always great service from Warren and Luke as courier my vehicle is important to me they always fit me in if any untimely repairs are needed I would highly recommend Midas Fountain Gate.

They Couldn't figure out i had a faulty temperature gauge so they played the guessing game on my expense. Almost $700 later with a new radiator and thermostat (which weren't the problem) my car issue did not change at all.

Went in for a service and also asked them to fix the side veiw mirror, they neglected the mirror. Prices are a little higher than average.

These people are amazing! I've been there twice now. Once for a repair and once for a service. Each time they were friendly and honest! I knew exactly what they needed to do and the cost. It was so nice to know they were doing exactly what they said. The staff are very friendly, with top notch customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great local car service shop. Have been using them for years for regular car service. Easy to book, the location is great too, just near the shopping centre. Friendly guys and charge is very reasonable too. They don't squeeze unnecessary repairs in like some other places do.

Had a brake issue. I thought here we go everything will be replaced money money money. But no. They had a look and instead of replacing everything they only fixed the issue saving me hundreds of dollars. Other mechanics wanted to do drums, disc's and pads. Not these guys. They dont rip you off with stuff you don't need. Fantastic service gave me a call with issue, price and asked if they could go ahead. So there's no surprises. Fast, reliable, honest and well priced. Definitely check these guys out they know what their doing.

Great people there, cars engine light was flashing and it was almost close time for them, they helped me out, scanned the car and offered there advice. Didn't ask for any payment. You guys are legends!

Midas accepted a short notice booking which is great that they are available. When service was done, Midas called me beforehand of proposed work and clearly exlplained to me why. They were not aggressive. Work was done as planned and on time and they were even considerate to let me park at their premises for a much longer time due to some pressing matters.

Even though it is a national brand it is a family business. They give good old fashion family service. They team are very knowledgeable and always eager to help. I have been using them for years and would highly recommend the team at Midas Fountain Gate.

My car was undriveable. I rang these guys told them about it. They booked me in right away. I got my car on a tow truck snd sent it off. They kept me upto date. They went above and beyond to get parts shipping them from QLD. Service was awesome.

I cannot rate this place highly enough, the customer service, for starters, was more like you’d receive at an expensive rest. Welcomed with a smile, detailed explanation of what would be done. I also asked that it be done ASAP, absolutely was the answer, and achieved. While the full service and brakes were being done, received updates, NOT TXT, but rang to explain something extra they identified, and the total price, no surprises.This is my second time there, they instill trust. I will now only go there. The manager/owner is brilliant, and you could see he had a great culture there. Had issue with a coolant leak to my car, they where able to find out exactly what was wrong fix the car and then get it back on the road without costing too much. Very happy with the expirence!

Booked online 12hrs in advance. Car had a service, brakes, rotors and bearings done by the close of business that day. Fast, efficient, super helpful and friendly staff. I’ll return.

I was able to get a wheel alignment ( and a free one as well as I had brought tyres) and I was not booked in, it was wonderful service as they also took it next door for my service!

went here for a service today for a holden commodore was by far the best mechanic ive been to in years he explained to me what they would be doing on the car, he also quoted me for my front and rear brakes to let me know they will need to be changed within 10,000kms. most places wont let you leave and would tell you to change them on the spot he also asked me if i wanted the wipers and air filter changed as they were worn out i happily got them changed, service was quick and efficient he also gave me a document of everything done on the car and when i got the car back i could feel the difference thank yous so much.

The guys at Midas are honestly amazing! They service your car in a efficient manner and it is super affordable! I've been here twice now and there is nothing I can fault!
