I found this business very professional as they just did what they had to do which is check my battery and electrical system and only found one fault which I already knew about so they didn’t make another problem for me just to keep they’re business going. Highly recommend.

Incredibly professional and friendly Mechanics who know what they're doing and great communicators to boot. Prices quoted to me were beaten on the day by hundreds of dollars as they endeavoured to do the job as cheaply as possible for me. Explained at every step what they were doing and did a fantastic job of fixing the car.

Great service and value for money

It’s literally so hard to find a good mechanic and these guy’s are fantastic! I even added another review because I didn’t get to write anything on the last review. Stuart is a lovely, trustworthy man you just know will not rip you off because he is genuine. I previously had my clutch done there a few months ago and whist my car was there they replaced my windshield wipers and tightened my gear knob without charging me extra, it’s those little things I appreciate. I just picked my car up after a service and again a few little extras they did for me. My car is running like a dream! Thanks guy’s for the great work you do and giving me piece of mind that you won’t fix anything that’s not broke and I can totally trust you! I will be sure to recommend you to my friends and family..... also super fast dropped it off yesterday, Stuart lent me their loan car and got my car back today so absolutely was not inconvenienced at all!!

I'm absolutely stoked with Berwick Enterprise Automotive. Elise is a fantastic mechanic. She's so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and really takes the time to explain everything! I can't recommend her highly enough! She did a brilliant job on my super old car and it's running amazing now.

Had major safety issues with my car, Elise and Corey had gone above and beyond to help me out. They are so thorough and genuine, very upfront and honest, I am so happy with their knowledge and expertise. I will be with them for life, amazing team, genuinely lovely and kind people.

Can't remember who serviced my car sorry this was back in 2020. Late review ? but anyway good service. Now I need to come back for a minor and my stupid boot won't open. Help! I need my boot for work LOL

My partner took her car here after a noisy power steering pump they charged her for a new pump but did not change the pump at all I only know this due to changing the pump myself the week before and have part number and made small mark on the back of the pump (signed initials) I would not recommend taking your car here if you are female or don't know much about cars

We were regular customers, 2 vehicles after many dollars spent, my car is still awful. And they broke my door handle and Bonnett latch. To many chances, not happy.

These guys are awesome! I had a small job done for nothing. This is how friends are made in business. Highly recommended. I will certainly go back again.

I will only go to Berwick automotive now as they are very honest and professional. I have been going there for years now and have never been disappointed. My whole family take their cars there and many friends too. If you need a good honest mechanic then these are your people!

My mobile dog grooming trailer urgently needed the wheel bearing replaced. Stuart was very helpful and booked me in that afternoon. It was repaired the same day, which was great because I am self employed and can't afford to be off the road for too long.

We were initially pleased with the service provided by this business, until something went horribly wrong. We had our car serviced, the brake pads at the front were replaced. Only three days after picking up the car during one of our drives along the freeway we started to notice noise under the car, and the steering wheel started to shake. Long story short a family member helped us diagnose the problem and found that the bolts on our front wheels were only finger tight. You let us pick up our car and drive on the road with wheels loose — our lives were at risk with this mistake. I rang the next morning to let you know what we’ve experienced so you are very much aware and this review doesn’t come as a surprise. We are very sad to say that while you guys are great and we would have been happy to keep coming back, sadly your negligence have broken our trust over one of the most simple yet essential safety checks that shouldn’t have been taken for granted.

I gave my Toyota for a service at Berwick enterprise automotive. I was impressed at the service and quality of work.I got a call letting me know upfront what it would cost me. The billing too was very reasonable compared to a Toyota service centre.

This was our first time using Berwick Enterprise Automotive. They were really helpful from the beginning, gave a basic initial quote and provided a comprehensive detailed breakdown of items that needed attention, ordered by importance, once looking over the car. The service went well and we appreciated the attention to detail.

I used their services for an RWC for a car I was selling. They seemed honest and professional. They were quite flexible and fitted me in under short notice.

Extremely unreliable and unorganized. Would recommend avoiding if you value your car/money/time. Edit: The N80 hilux you had arranged to have serviced first thing in the morning in order for me to get to work, but when contacted at 2:30PM had yet to start the work. In addition to having down a wheel alignment but not having sorted the wheels being balanced. And when contacted about pricing, were asking for double the price of Bridgestone. I would be surprised if my name “wasn’t in your system”.

I was in a pinch on a Friday and although Berwick Enterprise Automotive was flat out they were able to fix my starter motor. Great attitudes and cheerful service. Price was fair as well. I highly recommend this business.

After picking up my son, I had noticed a noise and car was driving weirdly, after the 2nd time I got out to check tyres I noticed something was in there, was lucky I was out the front of this business and they were amazing to help change the tyre and order a new 1 which was delivered the next day. Very friendly staff especially Elise who had helped both days.

I had an issue with my window regulator and the driver side window was stuck down. It was a bit annoying because I couldn’t do much with a car with a broken window! I took it to Berwick Enterprise Automotive and Elise was extremely helpful. Even though they were really busy, she was able to fit my car in and had it fixed only a couple of days later. Elise was even able to get the price down lower than I was originally quoted, which was a happy surprise. All the staff I spoke to were lovely and I cannot thank them enough!

Great mechanic. I was quoted almost double for work on my car with a mechanic close by to this business. I went and checked with Berwick Enterprise what they would charge and I was pleasantly surprised. These guys are honest and being a woman didn’t try and rip me off. They are my new mechanic now.
