We have been having our cars serviced for over 15 years, we started by having our daughters car seat fitted, we just keep coming back, the staff are great, honest and helpful. Professional and friendly. Paul and Alan are great they tell us what needs doing and the cost. I would not go anywhere else.

Had our two cars serviced recently and very happy with the service we received. Our vehicles were completed within a few hours each with recommendations on which parts will attention on their next services. Very helpful knowing in advance. The staff were efficient and friendly. We won't be going back to the dealership anymore!

There service was absolutely disgusting it was so bad they did not ring us to let us know what was going on. Every time we rang it rang out or left a msg and no return. First time to go pick it up didn’t start they hadn’t even check if it was going. Then my husband picked it up second time mind you after a week or so of nothing with a leak in the fuel line and no reverse. Then more time goes by with no answers then rings out of the blue and tells my husband that it’s the transmission something is leaking and to come and pick it up and hang up. I rang and asked them to keep it in the yard for one day till it gets picked up and I got told it will be when it got dropped at my house this morning I got told it was 100 meters up the road. Never will I go back so rude and arrogant. Expect the young guy he was the only one that was nice and understanding the rest I wouldn’t waste my time or money.

The rear brakes were changed so how is that done if the tyres were not removed. The service was carried out on 21/7/2022.

Paid them to do a comprehensive pre purchase inspection and they failed to find any mechanical faults - leaking clutch master cylinder, rear diff, and front struts. Didn't jack the car up on the day and didn't even bother having a proper look, just listed cosmetic things which can be seen by myself. Customer service was also horrible, would not recommend or trust this place to anyone.

I have used Berwick Auto Electrics and Mechanical before on numerous occasions and they were great, and being a female I found them honest and trustworthy. So when my daughter wanted to get her Golf serviced, I didn't hesitate to recommend them to her. And they were once again, awesome. They did a great job at a great price. My daughter was so happy. I truly recommend Paul and the guys.

The most amazing mechanical shop I’ve been to. Such an honest group of people and so easy to deal with. Thorough in all aspects and no need to worry about being ripped off like lots of other workshops. Just dead set honest people and great quality work. I send all my vintage land rovers there and they’ve become Melbourne's most popular go to place for the Land Rover community. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

Paul performed RWC check on my 77’ HX Holden, very thorough and reasonable. Glad some safety and performance issues were flagged that I was unaware of so I can get the car on the road and stay on the road, thanks guys!

I rang up enquiring about getting a quote to replace my blendor motor for my AC, I was asked what model car I had and what year. I was then told in no uncertain terms that it was something they don't do and didn't want my business, what sort of business actually does that!? Definitely won't recommend this place to anyone. Pretty anoyed that they can obviously pick and choose the jobs they wanna do

Went in with engine troubles which coincidentally happened right before I had a service booked in. The team diagnosed and fixed my car within hours, and now it runs as good as ever. Highly recommend!

Lovely people here. Handled the job with care and completed it very quickly! Price is not a worry either. Had fog lights and indicators on bullbar hooked up to OEM switches done within 2 hours

Very friendly & polite staff who made it so easy for me! Got a service, also needed my brakes replaced which they called to let me know before having done. They also fixed my squeaky windscreen wipers and I got to use their courtesy car for the day which helped me out heaps! Thank you so much guys!!

Being a non local and no stranger to bad service Berwick electrical and mechanical can't be further from this, if I could give a 6th star I would. Excellent customer facing and able to slot my ac concern into a busy schedule quickly. Took no time to find the fault and even show me the cause, were able to source the needed part quickly for the same day but sadly I couldn't stay or leave the car to be resolved, they gave me a quick early morning slot the very next day despite their schedule. On top of all of this the price was very good, all in all these guys went out of their way to do a great job, very pleased and would highly recommend.

Over priced for starters. For a general service with added globe and wiper blades I was charged an excessive amount of $637.50.Within 2 days of driving a warning light came on and I also noticed my revs were high. They saw and old female and upped their prices with minimal work is my opinion. Shameful.

Had my RWC done here. Super easy, Ash has amazing customer service skills. They even made it convenient for me to pick up after they closed which meant I didn’t have to rush back from work. Highly recommend these guys ????
