I took my car to Rhys for replacement of my cars struts/shocks. I was absolutely blow away by the professionalism, the quality of the service and repairs completed on my vehicle. Rhys kept me updated, was prompt with the work, and the pricing was very fair and reasonable (in comparison to other quotes). I will definitely not go anywhere else now. All l can share with my personal experiences with RPM is l have sent my mums car Unty, Uncle, Son and myself. And if there was 5 Stars and above l would not hesitate. Rhys and his team have always been prepared to go the extra mile to diagnose and fix complex issues to keep me on the road. In my 30 + years of driving, I have only used two mechanics, that should tell you something. I cannot recommend Rhys and the team at RPM highly enough.

Being from Sydney and not knowing anybody in Melbourne I needed help to get my car back to Sydney the same day and went to RPM on Saturday morning and Reece who was alone on Saturday and fully booked, still helped me to diagnose my car and tried to get me back to Sydney the same day. Oil and coolant leak repair was done well and they inspected the car to let me know what I need to save up for next service.

I took my (one year) out of warranty Volvo to RPM and Rhys was great to deal with, communicated everything in detail and the additional brake work that I needed done was all completed on the same day. Highly recommend.
