I own an old vehicle; for which essential parts are hard to get. I was quite concerned about being back on the road, These people managed to find the required replacement in 24 hours. Now I am happily driving again and the price of the job was very reasonable. Good service, I will be back.

Why make an appointment if you can't fix it right away? It is meaningless to make an appointment. The appointment is made at 8:00 a.m., and the car is left there for half a day to tell me to pick it up. There is no maintenance, and you still need to make an appointment to repair it. A good place to waste your time will never come again.

Service was prompt and friendly. My car had a repair and service, it’s now running like a dream! I would highly recommend Rapid Tune Underwood to everyone.

I have been getting serviced both my cars from them for the past 4+ years and have never till date have had a complaint. Never try to be a rip off, they are priced more than the cheaper options but definitely worth the little extra money if you know it is in the right place.

I have been very happy with the service and fixes my car needed. I had really great customer service from the moment I called to book. My car hasn't driven this good after a service since I bought it in 2010. I feel for all of the things needing fixed it was reasonably priced so I'm very happy with that. The communication, price, and service was fantastic. Was a really great experience that I appreciated a lot.

The most amazing and friendly team and staff ever! My car started making a weird noise and I was unsure what it could be. I went to another service in the area and they declined me service as they were busy. I just dropped by to rapid tune without making any prior appointment and they welcomed me and assisted me with my vehicle issue. They test drove the vehicle and diagnosed the issue and repaired it in a short time! Serviced my dmax about a month ago, basic oil change. I usually do this myself but I work two jobs and I’ve had no time to do it. Struggled to get home at 2am with the engine clapping as if it were out of oil. Pulled up and checked and the oil was almost empty, and as thin as It was when I gave it to them. Don’t trust them now, or many mechanics at all, for that instance they seem pretty much all the same

What a great team, dropped off car for water pump and timing belt. Called me to inform me of other issues and agreed to fix on the spot. Went beyond the call of service to adjust things to help the car run smoothly. Being a 33yr old car this attention to detail will make me return in future with this car and the wife’s car.

Had my 2004 subaru impreza in for a engine knock. They took a quick look at it without charge and late in the afternoon. The told me the engine needs to be rebuild due to failed bearings. They did the rebuild for a great price compared to other shops that quoted me and they did it really quickly. 100% would recommend these guys to anyone I know.

As someone who's very fastidious - grossly picky, even - with all the cars I've owned, I'd have to give Rapid Tune Underwood 10 out of 10. It was very easy to make a booking, and receive a quote. Even with parts required for another vehicle in our stable, the response was prompt. All the items were carried out in the 80000 km logbook service. The oil was fresh, the oil filter was replaced, the brake fluid was replaced, and the tyres were rotated. Beautifully done, indeed. The bonus is that no attempts were made to upsell me snake oil - unlike, sadly, a number of dealership service departments and SOME other independent garage service providers. Professional team members, friendly atmosphere, and clean premises, without any pretentious smoke and mirror type add-ons - this strengthens my vote even further. I would have no hesitation in bringing my car back here for future services and repairs, when required. Well done!

Two reasons why I will never come back as a customer. 1. I called earlier for a quotation about Transmission Service, but when I went to the Rapid Tune today, they charged me $130 more than the quote I got. It is so unprofessional and dishonest. 2. I spent $199 on a Rapid Tune maintenance package at a car park outside Coles. The salesperson told me that I got 3 free general service and only needed to pay $50 for oil and filter. Rapid Tune actually charged me $170 for oil and filter plus different kinds of surcharge. Plus the $199 for the package, it doesn't save money at all. It's a typical scheme.

The team are amazing and offer honest, reliable and sound advice. You can expect photos/videos of essential repairs. They offer additional payment options like afterpay (interest free) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do not try to book your car in here using the RapidTune complete automotive maintenance package certificate. They will not honour the certificate at all. Even though they are listed on the back of the card, and the rep that sold it to .me said they do honour it and he said was representing RapidTune and told me he worked there. I was told to ring the distributing company and of course the number would not connect.

The marketing card is a scam, you need to pay like $130 each time even though it says you got 3 times of free services, because they need to give your synthetic oil without asking you. Maybe it’s free if you ask for mineral oil, not sure if it’s a option. And the card says you can get free brake pads ,but when you ask them to replace them they will say your old ones still alright even though they’re almost flat. So I think they wanted me to come again on the 3rd time so they can make enough money for the brake pads.

Booked an appointment 3-4 weeks ago, specifically for Saturday at 8am. I was 2nd in line and have had to wait in the past. After 2.5 hours I called and they hadn’t even started. I was annoyed because historically they have called by that time. I was told it is first in first served. He then retracted that statement saying that there is no allocated slot. Then he said “a very important Uber client” came in and had to be done first. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by any place before like this. He advised me he is the owner. After LIEING and saying first in first out, then no bookings and then being placed last for an important client.. I felt VERY undervalued as a customer. I am also an important client! My time and money didn’t matter AT ALL. I won’t be returning. Not only that- I based my booking on the sticker in the window -Which wasn’t even required! So thanks for wasting my time.

Booked car in for a water pump car, pump works great can't complain, but I got my car back with both battery terminals loose didn't think to even check it as you go to a mechanic to fix your car you don't think they would make this dangerous mistake.

Great service on my Nissan Navara at such short notice.Vehicle was also thoroughly inspected and I was given a report on what needs to be serviced in the near future.Thanx heaps guys.Will definitely be coming back again.

I've sent my car for service twice to this place, and I can say they are decent. Their reception staff are very friendly, they answer phone calls quickly. They missed doing one of my requests on the two occasions. Make sure you check everything you asked for before leaving, like most car service centres, I guess.

This place is very dodgy. The reviews on here are left by the companies family and friends to build their business. They lie, they over charge and dont care about anyone. Once i post this review they will reply bla bla bla try and suck up to a review. Also they have been buying parts from flooded cars and cleaning parts up and selling as brand new parts. Be very carefull

This place is an absolute rip off! The report was great after having the service done, however very misleading. I have attached the photo of the quote for the repairs required. Cabin filter $165, I purchased one from Repco for $30 and took me 3 minutes to replace! Radiator replacement with coolant flush $1211.45; Red Devil did the same job for $646! After that I found a local small family car mechanic to quote me on the repairs required. As expected... Steering rack end was just the bracket not the entire steering rack! The biggest lie were the brakes, they state that the front brake pads are approx 3mm and the rear are at minimum which would be less than 3mm; my mechanic rang me and asked me if there are any issues with the brakes, where I said no but RT recommend replacment; my mechanic said the front brake pads are at 12mm and rear 10mm! New brake pads are approx 15mm! What a way to rip off people. Do not trust them and go and get another opinion, you will definitely save money. Never going back there again!!!
