Had my car serviced today at rapid tune for the third time and Heath was his usual professional friendly self, they put new spark plugs in as requested and told me I didn’t need a new air filter as I asked for them to inspect, the performance of my car now is fantastic, people you should get your car serviced there you won’t be disappointed, I’ll keep going back.

Absolutely stoked that I've found this place! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. After 2 other mechanic shop's told me they couldn't do what I wanted, RapidTune sorted me out I had the car back in a few hours :) They called me throughout the whole process to ask questions so I got exactly what I wanted. On top of all that, their work is really affordable! Honest work for honest money :) Will definitely be going back!

They've got a great set of guys down at Rapid Tune lilydale. Really friendly and welcoming. They didn't nickle and dime me over little things, like a blown parking light. I even left $10 in the centre console, and it was still there after the service. I'll be going back, for sure.

Heath and the team at Rapid Tune Lilydale are amazing. They kept the repair cost minimum by proper investigation and fixing the real issue. I was really happy with my car's performance after their work and could see how much attention was paid to the details. My second experience was even better as I got back to them with extra info when picking up my car (which I had forgotten to mention earlier) and they gave me another appointment to come back and repair with no extra charge. Professional job and great customer service . Definitely go back there and recommend to others.

My Nissara limped in today after losing power (just avoiding a tow)-no booking, on Sat mid morning. Daniel leaped forward, ordered the parts and repaired my vehicle-I was back on the road by 12:30 and it was running like a dream. Great service! Thank you, everyone!!

I purchased Tyres through tyresales. I called rapidtune whenn i knew they were shipped. I explained to them that I needed to get my tyres done ASAP as one tyre may not be roadworthy. They said they would call me when they arrived and he didn't. Fast forward to 3 business days later ( 7 days due to easter)... When i had to call them. I asked if they had come in, they advised they had and they stated I should have called them. Then he advised he couldn't fit them for a couple of days even though I explained the urgency. Not happy... this is my second bad experience with rapidtune and I now realise it's the DNA of the place and doesn't matter what one you use.

I bought my car to lilydale rapidtune for a general service, one of the worst experiences ever, I was called up by the owner and told that the gasket was leaking oil into the spark plugs and that 100s of dollars needed to be spent to replace the plugs and fix the gasket, a very cunning move this car model does sometimes have that issue so should I have looked it up the internet would have backed up the mechanic, I however declined and then took it to another mechanic who discovered with me present that there WAS NO LEAK and that the spark plugs had not even been removed to be inspected, we then discover the air filter was not changed, the oil level was so low that it didnt even mark the dipstick when we tried to measure the oil level, it took 1.1 litres to refil the oil, when I called up I was assured that he did infact see all these issues with the car and that he had personally filled the oil he then told me that the air filter is not part of a general service when consulting other mechanics to confirm they all said an air filter is part of a service, I spent 250 to get my oil filter changed some lights replaced and to be lied too will not be going back and cannot reccomend this place to anyone else very Dodgy

Had a noise coming from car when braking and reversing. It was recently serviced by a different mechanic in which I had mentioned the concerning noise( NOT rapid tune Lilydale) when stopping by to get a second opinion Heath at Rapid Tune was very concerned as my rear brakes were now metal on metal with the rotors being destroyed (they would have been salvageable if I was notified by previous mechanic at date of service) Rapid Tune were very concerned about the safety of my vehicle promptly locating the parts and repairing my brakes on the day even though I was just a drive-in customer. Everything was explained clearly and I was given the opportunity to ask questions.Thank you Rapid tune/ Heath, I appreciate your service so much ????

Our car battery died on us, but thankfully Rapid Tune was right next door. Bree was super helpful in guiding us to jumpstart the battery, and her team did a fantastic and very efficient job checking the battery health and giving us the peace of mind to continue on our road trip. Thanks Bree!

Today I took my car into Rapid Tune Lilydale to have a small part fitted that I had already purchased. Was more than happy to pay for the service, but because it was so quick Daniel told me no charge. I was extremely grateful,so thanks Daniel and the team.???? Highly recommended.
