Excellent experience. I took my car for an air con service/re-gas. The crew was great, my filters needed replacing, and they were open and upfront about costs, ordered the parts and replaced them on the same day! Will be returning for my next air-con service!

Rips you off ! Rips you off !! Rips you off !!! It’s at least true for me . Rapid Auto Tune has totally ripped me off . I went for a regular servicing 4 months ago. They identified few issues for me . I resolved them and paid around $600. Then not in less than 3 months my car started showing the new issue again .My car started vibrating for no reason. I went to them requesting if they can fix this issue for me in discounted price as I have just fixed it few months ago, they stood out firm and gave me only disappointment. I paid another $700 to fix issues this time and they assured me everything is fixed and the car is smooth now. The very next day (today) , the problem unsolved , it started vibrating again; as a frustrated customer I obviously have to call and go to them ; they said it’s a new issue creating the same problem and I have to pay another $600. Oh my God . It’s a height of ripping a hard working man . In this time of Covid , people are loosing their income and Rapid Tune just wants to rip you off and off and off . Now I am driving a Vibrating Car after paying $700 just yesterday ?

Having been previously burned by less than reputable auto shops, I believe Chris and his team at Rapid Tune Hoppers Crossing are an excellent and leading example of how to run a business for the customers benefit. From start to finish I was given friendly and committed service with complete transparency on the work that was being done, at no point I felt like any of it wasnt in my best interest. My specific situation involved a level of problem solving and compromise that was approached as efficiently as possible, myself being completely satisfied with the end result. I can't see myself going anywhere else for my car related problems or regular services, I thank Chris and his team once again for all they've done, keep up the amazing work guys. ?

Rapid Tune Hoppers Crossing is not reliable anymore. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years but for some reason the management and their mechanics are very unreliable and incompetent. They ripped me off and my car was totally messed up after my car service. They even broke some of the major spare parts and even my car wheel was not aligned properly causing my 2 front tyres to be blown while driving on freeway. If you're priority is safety, pls go to other mechanic shop.

On Saturday My car wheel got punctured, after driving around searching for a repairer I stumbled upon RapidTune Hoppers Crossing where Chris assisted me with excellent Customer service and a willing to help. A very hard quality to find these days at a business. They will sure see my business again . Thanks Chris for making me feel valued as a Customer

Been here twice this week for a minor loose shaft cover fixing. I wasnt expecting, but they didnt charge me at all. I was able to interact with the office staffs and the mechanic who attended me. Very good people and great service..

Had a major issue with my car XR6 Turbo. They were able to diagnose the issue straight away. Ordered the parts and had me back on the road the next day. Highly recommend.

If I had the option to give more stars I would. As a traveller from Regional NSW, I noticed I noise coming from my car. To ensure the safety of my children I dropped in to rapid tunes without an appointment to have my car look at. The were able to fit me in and have my car looked at by one of there most experienced mechanics. The service provided on such short notice was phenomenal not to mention they had me on the road in no time. The team at Rapid Tune were amazing and I strongly recommend them.

Had a new set of tyres bought through Tyroola fitted and an alignment - 20 year old Pajero feels like new to drive. Needed some attention to aircon which has been out of action for a couple of years. A vacuum test was done and an attempt at regassing but there was a problem. Darren gave me some very honest advice about the best course of action and did not charge me for the the time they had spent on it. I think I may have found my new 'go to' mechanic! Highly recommended!

I had to get a ‘check engine light’ looked at after a long drive. The team ran a diagnostic and cleared up the codes and explained the reasons thoroughly . Quick turnaround & saved me taking an appointment with Mazda service. Highly recommended!

I stopped by for my front left dipped beam light which needed replacement and Dennis was awesome. He looked at the light and got it replaced straight away without charging me a cent, since it was replacing a bulb but still had to remove the inside cap and fit the bulb. He got it done in less then 10 mins. I appreciate your help Sir. Great team. Best regards

Happened to get a flat on the main road, and drove into rapid tune. Spoke to Dennis, who within seconds of the conversation said to give him the keys and he will sort it. He brought the car in and replaced my wheel with my spare immediately. When I asked how much, his response was, I’m just happy to get you back out on the road!!! What an amazing thing to do!! I highly recommend Dennis and his team, as it just proves that they are willing to go that extra mile without any hesitation.

WARNING 31/01/2023 I had 4 tyres delivered by Tyresales to be fitted by Rapid Tune I was initially told the car would take 2.50 hrs Appointment made 1.00 pm then told upon arrival It might be ready at 4.00 pm. I said somone had to drop me off. Response was "no worries you can wait"! Got there 4.10pm I waited on site 1 Hour. I could hear the Tyres going on in the workshop. They promise a $50.00 carwash included in the service. Worst carwash of all time. Dust still on car. I had pre-paid for a wheel alignment. When I requested The report. Response was the machine that prints the report Is broken. I asked am I just supposed to take your word for it that it has been done? He said yes. (Meaning I just ripped you off on the wheel alignment) It took them 4 hours to fit 4 new tyres without the wheel alignment. Girlfriend got her car done same model elsewhere with the wheel alignment report in 45 mins. I am waiting for the wheels to fall off. Do not go there. They are Incompetent... REALLY ZERO STARS.

Last week wasn’t a good one for us. Flat tyre on Tuesday then brake pad needs replacement on Friday. Lucky Rapid Tune in Hoppers is there to assist! We’re grateful that we chose RT to take the car for my flat tyre and Dennis told me to just give him the key and he’ll take care of the rest. He assured me that my car will be back on road as soon as possible. When our other car need replacement for the brake pad, first thing came in our minds is to call Rapid Tune. We know they’re busy on Saturdays but Dennis still managed to book us in. Thank you Rapid Tune for an awesome job!

They are just good ONLY for doing car service, that’s all. For specific: they are not mechanics. They don’t even know about a common issue of an Australian brand car. If you are looking for a mechanic, just don’t waste your time and money. Several times during couple of years… Always been told might be this might be that…keep spending money but the issue still there. Finally they have a mechanic who is working there even for 21 years as they said and he checked my car, tested driving, used diagnostic tools… guess what! He made me sure for changing something which has no issue to get rid of the issue but problem is still there. Finally repaired by a young cheap mechanic found on FACEBOOK MARKET for only 50$ in less than 10minutes because that was a really common issue with this specific car.

Been a couple of times via tyre sales, have had extra work completed, price to do work was very reasonable, happy to accommodate with these requests. Owner is pleasant to talk to and will help out where he can, do recommend using them.

Did brake rotors and pads replacement along with tyre fitting ordered from tyre sales. The guys did the job, and the price was reasonable.

Needed a couple of new tires on the front done, Dennis had the car in and tires changed while I waited and even fixed a slow leak in one of my rear tires. No hassles, gets the job done and keeps you updated on the progress so you're not sitting there guessing. Great place would highly recommend and plan on going back for more work.

Rapid Tune Auto did a superb job on my tyres. They were quick, friendly, and even washed my car for free! I highly recommend them.

Brought my car in to get my 4 tyres done on Saturday morning. The customer service was great and they cleaned my car inside and out and even checked out my car despite only being booked in for tyres. Then to top it off got a $50 voucher for next time. So appreciate of the great service!!

I took first tym service from them. I asked them for wheel alignment but they said alignment machine is not working and they didn't fixed my wheel cover properly...while I was going to home , I lost my one wheel cover on the road. I totally wasted my one hour there and nothing I got. I am not happy with their. They also took 200$ on diwali offer for giving all services free for one time...but they are asking to pay for wheel alignment. This is not fair????.
