Love the boys down here at rapid tune. Never a disappointment going here. Used them from services to check engine diagnosis and few other bits of work that has been needed over the yrs. I've used rapid tune for my whole car log book history going back many yrs. Highly recommended cheers guys ??

Used to be great, but that's changed. Had a few charges on the bill for my last service that I wasn't happy about. Would still recommend, but be prepared to pay more than expected.

Brad was great from the time we rang to the time we drove away extremely professional. We had 2 cars worked on there and I waited around for them to be finished and his professional approach was out standing as I heard him dealing with customers on the phone and coming in.. highly recommended and if he ventured out on his own 1 day he would have a very professional and highly recommended..

Brad and team are very professional and helpful. I had my 2 cars for tyre replacement and change of disc Rotors and brake pads. They did a exceptional job. They are very punctual. Even Brad was following up after the services done to check their work. Definitely Recommend Rapid Tune to all.

Not being mechanically minded, I needed to find soneone I could trust and I did with Rapid Tune Hallam. The team were very friendly and professional when I had my service done recently and it was very reasonably priced. A couple of minor, non urgent things picked up during the service were brought to my attention and I was given the option to have repaired. I was consulted throughout the whole process and cannot fault the service. Dont hesitate to contact Brad and the team you wont be disappointed.

I went in for a log-book service and just general diagnostic/maintenance of my Audi A5. Brad was a massive help in looking into and solving issues that the car had (and it could potentially have in the future) with dedicated research hours and he had also made an effort to reach out to me on multiple occasions whether it was to inform me of the car's condition/what needed to be done or to check in to see how the car has been holding up after the services had been done. All these interactions made me extremely appreciative of the service and the business has definitely earned a returning customer in me in the future. the service was amazing! The back left end of my car was making noises and Brad got me in straight away. He was in touch with me regularly throughout the day about and told me he believed it was the wheel bearing. He had the bearing replaced by lunch time, and my car is good as new! No more noises. Very appreciative of their service :)

Best customer service. My tyre popped and I ended up in their car park so I popped in to see how much it would cost for them to change my tyre or get new ones. They changed it without charge & recommended good places to get new tyres. They were done within minutes & I still made it to work ????????

Went in for some brake fluid they guys hooked me up real fast and professional I would highly recommend them to anyone they helped me when I was in need and they will do the same for you keep up the great work guys

Very bad. They rip you off never go there. I serviced my car after two weeks of service i had engine failure. They didn't add oil to my car enough.

Unfortunately I can't give a good review ????????‍♀️ having my car break down again as soon as I took it from them, 3-4 tows at my cost back to the shop around $3000 spent on repairs and my car is sitting in my driveway unable to drive! Same issue I presented with "not starting".. I reached out to the owner and got no response again other then a tow truck at my cost again to see what the problem is! Times are tough and I financially can't do this, they have no compassion and are just out to make money. 2 other family members now have more problems with their cars after going to rapid tune, they have now lost 3 customers.

The team at Rapid Tune Hallam did a fantastic job with my log book service. Really pleased with the communication through the whole service. Even had a follow up call a week later. Very professional and will be making booking with these guys next time. Top job!

Brad and his crew always came through when my car needed a service and repairs, they were always on time and respectful with my vehicles. They are a friendly crew who not only cares about your vehicle but they’re customers too, im proud to say that they’re the best mechanics I’ve been too and literally the only mechanics I’d go too.

Needed a new windscreen after a nasty stone chip turning into a crack, after ringing around with no luck for the day I called Rapid Tune and was helped out by Brad! He managed to source and get my windscreen fitted within the hour, very happy outcome
