They didn’t do the free wash they advertised and were quite unapologetic and arrogant about it when I pointed it out. Also, they didn’t stamp the logbook on a logbook service and, you guessed it, unwilling to take any responsibility and make up for their omission. It makes you wonder how they go with the checks that you can’t pick up on easily. I said I wasn’t satisfied and never going back and the owner personally said “that’s totally fine!” I do not recommend this place due to their sub-par customer service. ———————— Update: the owner apologised and made up for the omissions. Good on them for caring ?

Just wanted a check-over and a roadworthy after buying a 2nd hard car so i could register it and quoted me >$2k for a bunch of stuff that didn't need fixing, inflated prices on everything ($30 for a $3 radiator cap for example), then didn't find two major things that actually did need fixing and would have turned into huge problems if I hadn't taken it to another mechanic after. Can accept someone wasting either my time or my money but don't do both.

Had a light come up on my dashboard. Took it in, Sergio swiftly fixed the issue. Good professional service at rapid tune. Decently priced. Will definitely be back. Cheers

I think it was Sergio that helped me withy hondah civic today I couldnt recommend him more. He took the time to explain everything to me and did a great job. Price was fair and as a woman it can feel intimidating going to get a car service but I didn't feel that at all. 10/10

DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely horrible people running this place. Came across one of the company cars next to the Gabba, the lady driving tried to run myself and partner (who is 9 months pregnant) off the road for Absolutely no reason other than them being in thw wrong lane.

I’ve always had a hint of uncertainty for every vehicle serviced I’ve visited in my 15 years of driving, but Rapid Tune East Brisbane I feel comfortable, time after time after time returning to. Very robust, informative, forward-planning and clinical for servicing. A few years ago I had a considerable engine fault and I was guided through the costings/approvals very throughly. While I live in the inner southern Brisbane suburbs, there’s only one place I’ll look to book. Sergio and the team will look after you.

They do the service, give you a really good rundown on what they do, tell you if you need anything, the office is clean, the price is good. Would recommend. I got no sense they would try to pretend anything else was wrong to get money.

Please don’t go there. They charge unnecessary and don’t work a good job. I wanted to fix handle of my car they charges me but didn’t even check the handle. I went there few days later with video evidence that they didn’t even check. His excuse was as your car is older we don’t check. But they charged. Do not recommend this service station.

Not only did Joel still charge us even though we had the voucher we arrived home without an engine cover, I had to return to pick it up. Like I said, don't go here they can't even do a simple service correctly.

Had a service today and aircon regas. Lovely fellas, needed a few extra little things done was quite reasonably priced for these things. Unfortunately re gas didn’t fix my air con but I will be back here to replace the broken compressor before summer.

Staff were helpful and efficient, affordable competitive pricing. Can't go wrong, I'll be a regular customer from now on ?

This was the best service I have had in a long time! Took my car in because of problems with my tyres and everything was fixed within 30 minutes and I was back on the road ! Awesome service , highly recommend!!

I'll going to keep this short and to the point. One of THE BEST mechanics in Brisbane, honest and a bargain for how well they look after customers cars and clients. It's only going to grow and get better, as they are expanding to pretty all makes and models. I'd give it 6 stars if i could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time going to them and put in my Holden Captiva today and was met with friendly service and the manager was very transparent about the cost and fixes that need to happen and also worst case scenario. Left the car with them and he offered to do some work on it over the weekend as well! Great blokes ! Would definitely recommend.

I had to find a new mechanic after my local Gabba one closed down after many years. I got a general service here and the staff were friendly and helpful. They made a list of stuff that I need repaired so I can budget for it. They also helped me find parts to buy at a more competitive price that they could fit on. As a solo parent it’s important that I have a mechanic that is trustworthy and reliable.

I have been a customer since 2020. Since then till the start of 2022 I was always welcomed and my car was handled with care. But since the past few months with the new management, I have felt ignored and I was once blamed for an issue with the car. I am sorry but I feel the previous friendly nature was amazing than the current ignorant professionalism.

The team at Rapid Tune were really great. We recently moved interstate and needed to get two roadworthy certificates for our cars and despite being very busy, they were still able to see us and have our certificates completed by lunchtime! Prompt and high quality service, with a very friendly and professional manager at the head of it all. Thanks very much guys!

My Hilux was a little broken.. Transmission, AC, brakes, CV Joints so with a leap of faith and no recommendations I dropped the truck into Rapid Tune E. Brisbane. Armando the manager was fabulous and the boss Sergio methodically fixed my Hilux. They had it for several days and I did not expect to have it for Christmas but sure enough they surprised me and also considering all the work done I was pleasantly surprised with the invoice. I needed some urgent work done just before xmas in order to have my car safe and ready for my kids to use. Armando and his team went above and beyond to ensure this would happen. I know they worked thru lunch and even picked up parts themselves as a courier over xmas was not possible. Whilst the price was fair...what price do you put on such great service ??!!

Absolutely fantastic team. They managed to get me in with little availability on my side and sort my brake issues. They also gave me some great advice on a couple of smaller issues I had to. Truely grateful to the team for bending over backwards to help me. Highly recommend ????

Great service, the owner is very friendly and a family buisness. I have a 2020 LDV with some DPF issues. They were booked out for a month however spoke to the owner as my car was in full limp mode and he said he could fit me in as it was an emergency. Highly reccomend

They advertised in Buranda Village car park, explain that they wants more peoples to knows them save about $800-$900 for just purchase $200 bucks well done deal! I Bought the voucher , Called the East Brisbane Location told them I bought the package, the guy immediately rapped into the phone said nothing is for free we put our price up you need to pay extra for each service in the package blablabla.... Extremely rude and ripped off!!! Don't ever buy a vouchers from them or any car park that they are trying to advertise you will be paying a lot more then that. They don't even deserve a one star!

Terrible They didn't fix the problem at all They broke the dashboard and glued it back together with super glue And didn't say anything about it at all They said the front A arms need replacing and left the play in the back diff So we trusted them And got things replaced and still noisy from the back of the car Worn out universal not replaced Broke climate control unit and replaced it with the incorrect unit that half worked And light switch was hanging out from the dashboard The car has never been the same since We did take the car back 3 times. And by this time we released we are being ripped off I hope this helps someone else in the future as this was a big headache in the end

Paid for the service and they did nothing. Evidenced by the oil being like glug on the next service and the service only taking 30 minutes including “spark plug change”. Also tried to make me pay for a brand new battery that had only just been changed the week prior from another provider. Seems like a rip off if you ask me. Perhaps invest in your staff and ethical business.

Overall, fantastic service provided. They even took me home and picked me up once my car was ready to be collected! Great to find a honest, reliable local mechanic that offers a wide range of services.

I had my car break down on my way to work and these guys were a godsend! I called a lot of mechanics around the area to have an emergency repair done and Chris was kind enough to slot me in at very last minute. Turns out quite a few things needed repair with my car and he was kind enough to give me a discount and my car fixed up in a mere 4 hours. Will definitely be back for my next service here. Despite the annoying start to my day I was glad to have found a new reliable mechanic for future servicing. Absolute pleasure to deal with

Don’t go here, they’ve got poor communication skills and shocking customer service! The manager Chris was so rude over the phone and said “you’re really pissing me off!” They lost one of my car parts that is essential for changing a tyre, they would have been the last to use it as they’re the only people to have worked on my car, Don’t do business with these guys, I suggest going elsewhere, unless you want to get ripped off and have shocking customer service! They’ve gone downhill since the new management have taken over and now charge double the price of what they used to charge, will not be going back here!
