Rapid Tune Cleveland

My family and I have all had our cars serviced through Rapid Tune Cleveland. Jesse and the team are incredible. Honest, professional and super friendly. They take the time to fully explain any issues in a simple and easy to understand way. Their pricing is really fair and reasonable and they aren’t pushy in any way! I’d 100% recommend them to everyone.

Visited a couple of times recently and found the service good and prices reasonable.

Go to place in the bayside area for your car service, Jesse the owner is the nicest bloke I've met in the industry, nothing is too much trouble, everything is explained and there is no force ot pushyness in getting things done. I had all the work done that Jesse said needed to be done just because I trusted him from speaking to him, feeling he had my best interests at heart, even washed the car after, very good and respectable outfit

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. Had been dealing with Jesse regarding a tough situation with my car and his honesty, knowledge and kindness was the best thing ever. Will be taking my car there for everything. Highly recommended.

Be careful everyone, I was told by a girl named Carmline outside a Woolworths parking. She told me that the car maintenance package was $199 and included everything on the card for free. Just now I called to ask for car service and got a quote of $130, which is totally dishonest and deceptive. She asked me to sign without explaining the terms and conditions, and said she could extend my warranty to 18 months. She is looking for Asians and foreigners, because our English is not very good, so it is easier to be deceived. Very disappointed.

Well experienced, friendly and reliable I had some urgent concerns (hole in radiator hose) they helped me fix on the spot and booked me in surprisingly fast They are my regular mechanic and once again this is the reason why Thanks guys

Had a timing belt done here, after which I had significant issues with car, finally got it diagnosed to the timing belt not being done correctly.

Jesse and Team, are always helpful when I call, been using Rapid Tune for about 4 years (all services and maintenance) for all my cars.

Jesse and the team are awesome. Quick, polite and understanding. Didn't berate me for something that was clearly my fault :p Will be back for sure.

If the stars could go negative it would be negative 5 stars. Very unprofessional and aggressive and most certainly unqualified. Left me and my 10 year old son shaken after being yelled at and given back my car not repaired but having to pay for stuff which wasnt the problem . Then telling me it's fine to drive and clearly it wasn't cause I asked if he would have let his mother drive away in the car which he wouldn't have. Very disappointed with the whole shop as my car now is worse and undriveable after being at rapid tune Cleveland

Just got my car looked at by professionals and not by rip off useless rapid tune Cleveland and have found out the rapid tune lied direct to my face saying they did a smoke test and found no leaks but yet 3 exhaust manifold studs were broken . So not only has rapid tune replaced a perfect part that was nothing wrong with and charged me nearly $400 to replace a perfectly good part that wasn't at all the issue. I would expect a full refund and would get one if it wasn't rapid tune. Completely lost for words on the aggressive, unqualified, unprofessional and reckless team at rapid tune Cleveland. My son is still shaken up from Jesse yelling at me and trying to justify that he knew what he was doing. Totally wrong Jesse. Maybe we should have went to the carpark to sort it out. Cause the only one that was disrespected at rapid tune Cleveland was me and my son. Do not use rapid tune Cleveland. This is not a rant but a proper honest review of the totally useless rapid rip off tune Cleveland.

This is the only place I'll get my cars serviced now. Jesse and his team do a great job and are always really upfront and honest about ever aspect of the job. Thoroughly appreciate their work.

I could not speak more highly of Rapid Tune Cleveland and of Jesse's knowledge and kindness. I had my car towed there after it stopped working, and Jesse fit it in to their busy schedule to at least provide an overview of what I was looking at. He called with a comprehensive list of diagnostics they had done and he suggested a few more he would do before declaring the motor needing a complete overhaul or replacement. At this, he was so helpful in offering advice without pushing me into any decision. I found him to be very honest, trustworthy, thorough and good at his job! Hands down I know who gets my business when I find my next car. Thank you so much for making my dead car much easier to handle than I thought it would be!
