We recently had our family car serviced by Rapid Tune Capalaba. Great communication about costs before proceeding. Promptly serviced and staff communicated with us accurately about timing. Some safety checks were completed identifying a few gaps which the mechanics fixed up namely new tyres, wheel alignments and importantly in Brisbane, aircon! When a part was not available straight away the guys gave us a loan car so we could do school pick up! We like how the shop has lots of easy parking out front and its across the road from Capalaba Central and Capalaba Park shopping centres/cafes. Friendly and professional.

Quality work for a fair price.

Misdiagnosed the fault with my car, cost me $1400 for something that did not resolve the issue and almost caused irreversible damage. Only to be told to book my own tow truck to get the car back to them and then also be told I’ll be charged more to fix the actual issue. Two other mechanics mentioned it should have the been the first thing they checked.

THESE ARE THE MUST GO TO MECHANICS !! My Car had Sh*T itself and wouldn't start, I had no idea what was wrong with it, I called up and asked if i could have it towed to the Rapid Tunes Shop and sure thing the crew here were happy to help. I had my car there for a whole week, I hadn't even introduced myself or showed my face I was going purely off trust and within the first day I knew I was in good hands. I was spoken to every part of the way knowing no fee or charges were slapped onto my bill, super helpful with describing my issue and dumbing it down to a language I could understand. showed me pictures and most importantly the option of having almost every Payment Plan under the sun was SUPER HELPFUL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, GREAT PRICES and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I have a few little repairs to get done later down the road and by all means I will be taking my Car back into this crew to have this done.

Can't thank Josh and staff at Rapid Time Capalaba enough. Had some major concerns after putting unleaded in my Diesel. Nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable mechanics who took their time to ensure I understood what they were doing and ensured my Renault Megane was in perfect running condition. Special thanks to the young man who washed my car and took the time to clean the tyre rims. Josh no longer at this store, you couldn't pay me to go there now. Very disappointing.

Lachy and the team were fantastic. I needed help at short notice and they bent over backwards to fix my problem. Really impressed!

Josh from Rapid Tune Capalaba has excellent customer service skills which is missing in most businesses. I was made to feel like i was the only customer and not just a number. Service was completed on time with valuble feedback. The price is the best i have seen. Car was being cleaned when i arrived to pick up. Definitely going back.

Before i moved to Capalaba, i had a great mechanic, honest trustworthy and decent. Sadly for me he retired. I tried a large dealership and was very dissatisfied with them until someone knocked on my door offering a deal for Rapidtune Capalaba. I was hesitant. I should not have been. I confess i know nothing about cars and flying solo i struggle when it comes to any vehicle issues, infact i have a meltdown as soon as i have an issue for fear of costs, loss of vehicle etc etc. But Today Marty spared the time and embarrassingly corrected my issue by pressing a button. He no doubt had a good laugh. But that is ok. The dealership wanted to charge me a $150 fee for diagnostics Thank heavens for decent mechanics. Marty thankyou, i was freaking out . You are a blimmin decent guy. So to anyone out there give them a go. Marty THANKYOU !!!

After a quick google, we found Rapid Tune Capalaba. We gave the team a call and had the best over the phone customer service! They had our work van booked in the next day for an inspection of works and they were working on it the following weekend. I am still waiting for the other 8 mechanics I contacted to get back to me. The team are honest with what needs to be done with the car and their knowledge and expertise is second to none. Their prices are affordable and their communication is outstanding. I highly recommend these guys to all and cannot fault them one bit. Well done to Rapid Tune Capalaba team for outstanding service and also for sorting out our work car.
