QuickOil Springvale

A family car, in for a basic service, about $180. Good. Always regularly serviced but QuickOil was chosen for the convenience at the time. A list of further repairs required totaling about $1500. Second and third opinions saw no fault with the reported items. Either they don't know what they're doing or worse. I note a long list of glowing reviews that smell entirely of family and friends. Just don't.

Had 2 cars service done at this workshop. No engine oil was refilled at the first time and no coolant was refilled on the second time. Extreme disppointed. Should have sent the car back to dealer for service even it is bit pricey.

I've only just started taking my 2014 European car to these guys. I called them on a whim the day I wanted to take my car in and was told to drop it off. They solved an issue in a day that a brand 'specialist' mechanic couldn't solve in 2 and a half weeks. They had honest answers and seemed like they were interested in 'repair' rather replace. This is where I'll take my car from now on.

I want to alert potential buyers to the serious concerns I encountered with quickoil springvale. This dealership is highly unreliable, and the cars they sell come with a plethora of problems. I regretfully admit that I fell victim to their deceptive practices. The worst part is their lack of accountability. When I reported the problems, they brushed me off and refused to take responsibility. Their customer service was practically nonexistent. Save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs. Seek out reputable dealerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide reliable vehicles. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Another dodge guy, don't recommend! I have two cars to let them do the services since 2021. Last year they replaced a pair old and damaged windscreen wipers for my car. I ended up with buy a pair new one at Autobarn. The fellow told me that the wipers shouldn't be used and will caused screeching on the glass. I was about to leave them, last week they texted reminder for a car service. I decided to give them another chance. Yesterday morning I dropped off my car at their Springvale Centre. Their manager told me I need to replace a new set of front break pads and discs and a pair of rear tyres which totally cost $1.4 K. I let them go ahead. After the service done, I asked him to show me the Tyers, he was pointing at the tyer patterns and tell me they were CRACKS because of ageing!! The terrible thing was the new front break has Clung and Squeezing noise! They asked me to bring it back for a double check after I rang the office. One hour later their technician told me that the problem was fixed. But the noise was still there on the way driving home. This morning the noise even became worse when start and stop the car. Will go back to them next Monday and consider to lodge a complaint if they still play around. Never ever let this people do my car service again!
