Hailey and Scott went above and beyond to ensure my car was back to being safe, and reliable. They welcomed me inside, and even welcomed in my dog after an unexpected vet trip leaving me no choice but to bring her, they had no issue with her coming inside, and they even catered to her needs too. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know; as they have really blown me away with their customer service, and care to detail. 10/10 if I could give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great experience getting my car serviced at Midas Toowoomba West. Highly trustworthy - very knowledgeable and above all else friendly and professional. Did a fantastic job on servicing my car, it's nice and safe to drive after getting my brakes sorted - and actually saved me a whole heap of money by getting the rotors machined rather than replaced. I put in my holden baring in for service due to wheel bearing worn out which causing the car to make loud noise when accelerating. Scott and the team at Midas did a really good job installing new bearings and also fixed my brake cylinder that was leaking. Both Hayley and Scott are fantastic people to communicate with and I would recommend them for sure with all my future services????
