Experts top service fuuy trustworthy

Sent online booking form a week before prospective appointment, no one got in touch. I called up the day before only for the guy to tell me they don't check their online bookings - what's the point? Useless. I have one day off to get this car fixed, tried to be proactive and book in advance.

Without reservation I highly recommend the highly qualified professional mechanic manager Luke and owner Steve and all team at Midas Prospect. Yesterday I required emergency repairs to a cracked exhaust system and Luke immeadiately rescued my Mercedes and acted promptly and despite my dire circumstances treated me with the utmost respect and exceptional service. It is an absolute pleasure to have met a young professional mechanic Luke with a strong work ethic, honest, competitively priced with great technical expertise and willing to accept a new client whereas other companies which I supported were no longer interested. Luke clearly understands customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my Mercedes was safely repaired with great attention to detail before leaving Midas Prospect a 100% outstanding result and a very positive first impression of a franchise business which truly lives up to the corporate brand. I took my old van in to replace the starter motor a while ago. I supplied this and it required to remove three bolts and disconnect the electric wire which had easy access underneath. 15-20 min job, because I watched. I was slugged $120 for this.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I spent 1800 with these guys to get a problem fixed ever since I have had it back been nothing but more problems. Took them over 2 weeks to fix it and stil nothing and luke expects me to pay to get the problem fixed when he was the one who caused the problem. Luke and everyone there are the most unprofessional mechanics I have ever come across when you take a car somewhere and it's worst after getting it back. They will take your money and run Be Carefull of Steve luke and Chris THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Beware of this mechanic. Took my car there to get fixed came back worse. The mechanic name was Luke who made my car worse plus broke a metal plate and the car came back running really rough. They denied it and laughed in my face. I lost $3000 taking time off work. Beware of this particular Midas. And head off not any help either

I had work done here a few times. I dealt with a guy by the name of Luke. Both times he was rude and made the problem worse

I’ve used this Midas Tyre and Auto Service for over a decade now and Luke always does an amazing job. He gets the jobs done on time, to an high quality and is always straight up with me. Finding a mechanic you can trust isn’t always the easiest job but Luke has always been a standout. Can’t recommend him enough!

Got my brakes done here. Pretty simple job. The brakes squeaked loudly, asked the owner Luke to fix it and put genuine parts on it (was only $300 more than I paid). He agreed, but once we dropped the car off he reneged on this. We took it to another mechanic, who for $350 managed to adjust the brakes and fix it. We had been going there for 8 years. NEVER again!! Dodgy Brothers
