Midas Port Kennedey Tyre & Auto Service

I booked my Holden svz ute in for its 110000km routine service at Port Kennedy Midas. I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. When I received my car back, I was given a full written report and to my astonishment they had given the engine bay a steam clean and sprayed it with tyre shine which brought it back to looking like it was new. I was very happy with the service I received, I am definitely going back for any mechanical work that needs doing in the future. Trust worthy mechanical workshops are hard to find these days. Im a customer for life.thank you Midas.

Excellent customer service, rob and team are very particular and always provide the best options both mechanically and cost effective. I fully recommend this team for any service or mechanical repair. Finally found a mechanical team that i can trust.

New business to the area, so we thought we would give them a go. The service price as told to my daugther wasnt the actual service price for the service, which is to say the price dose not include the essential items required of a service, the actual price was $52 higher and in that it wasnt a competitive price for the area. If you choose to use this retailer please get a full disclosure of required services and I believe most costs will be substaniallly higher than other retailers are offering. We wont be able to recommend this company to anyone in the area or be using them again.

If you guys charging 99$ For Diagnostics scan so at least provide detail report and accurate solution. (Not a Google solution) This place isn’t recommended.

When you get told that it will take only 3hr for a service and ends up taking all day not impressed. Don't go there if you have plans for the day.

Such a wonderful experience here, a big thank to Nicky and the senior mechanic who's name I didn't get, their customer service was outstanding. I needed a second oppinion on a problem with my vehicle so they did a Diagnostic for me and now I know exactly what needs to be done to make my car safe again. Thank you all very much, highly recommended, I will be back again. ????

My Mum was looking for a new shop to service her vehicle, as it was overdue. Standard passenger car service, no mention of the oil leak instead simply overfilled with oil. Dropped the car off in the morning, texted to say the car was ready to collect after midday (around 1), got there and it hadn't even been started. No apology, just blamed an automated system. This was after being quoted $400 for a battery that I purchased exactly the same next-door at Auto Barn for $230 and fitted it myself. (they also disposed of the old battery for free). The receptionist was rude on the phone, lied to me multiple times and then laughed in my face. I would not recommend this place shop to my worst enemy. This shop is the exact reason that I no longer work in the automotive industry anymore. The only good point I could say is that they gave it a nice vacuum. There's plenty of other shops in the area, I'd recommend trying one of those instead.

I have been looking for a trustworthy and affordable mechanic to service my VE. I found the staff at Midas very friendly and helpful. I had a transmission service and my car has been running noticeably better. Happy with the price, very affordable. Highly recommend! :)

Need your car serviced. Want someone friendly, want to be treated like part of the family. MIDAS Pt Kennedy recently serviced my brakes. Explained everything that needed to be done. Rung me when there was emergent work that needed to be done and clearly explained my options to me. I'll be a returning customer, I suggest you check out their service for youself
