Convenient location, great service, loan car available, friendly and helpful service always given with a smile and in a language that even the most mechanically challenged mind can understand. No problem is too big or too small; they are very price competitive with the current market. I would recommend them in an instant.

This was truly an enjoyable experience. I needed rear brake pads and disc machining. Joe explained the process and the associated time involved and precisely quoted on the work to be done. No hidden extras. A free loan car was provided... very handy. No unnecessary upselling. He provided free advice on a number of unrelated issues and kept me updated regarding the work progress. This all builds confidence/trust and I will now use Midas Melrose Park as my go-to shop for all mechanical matters. I asked for a quote on tyres and was surprised at the keen price. Overall thoughts...workmanship - first class, price - the best I found, product knowledge - absolutely comprehensive, customer service - flawless. I strongly recommend this business.

My car had oil leakage issues for over 6 months. Called in a mobile service to fix and after a month it started leaking again. A friend recommended a specific Midas branch. However, I chose to go to Melrose Park because it was a bit closer to home. The customer service from Joe was superb. I would describe my first impression of him as 'very professional and knows his job too well'. He explained every steps in detail and that he would keep in touch for approval before starting work on the car. Even detailing the breakdown of what needs to be done and the costs, identifying what is of higher priority for now and what can be done at a later date. To the extend of offering a discount on the costs. I have been driving my car for over 3 weeks now, and have no issues at all. I would highly recommend anyone whose having issues with their car to try Midas Melrose Park. I'm sure you won't regret going there. For me I have finally found a place to rely on when it comes to car service.

Fantastic service. After accidentally booking in at a nearby Midas and arriving here, Joe went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy and managed to fit me in that morning! Everything explained well and to our satisfaction :)

Had to update my review. Joe and his team are absolutely brilliant. You can tell they really care about their work, and have a passion for what they do. Time and time again, I have taken my car in and it has not only been diagnosed and repaired in a timely and efficient manner, but the team makes the effort to source second hand parts to make things more affordable. I convinced my partner to try out Joe and the team also. Not to my surprise, they were able to fix, within a week, an ongoing issue with her steering that was being overseen at a different mechanic. Cannot recommend Midas at Melrose Park enough - will be bringing all of our cars in the future.

Joe was pretty much a life saver for my family and I! After having a bad experience with another mechanic, Joe was honest, reliable and always stayed in touch with updates on our car. Sent my Accord Euro in for 200K major log book service last last week and received great service from Joe and his team. He was happy to readjust the valve clearance at no cost even-though it was within spec, just to help solving the engine noise issue. Joe is friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this place enough I trust these guys with my life. I took my car in for its first check up and found out that its previous owners had fully scammed me and sent me out in a literal death trap. I have never met a kinder soul than the mechanic that served me today, absolutely had my best interest at heart. He explained the situation to me so clearly without talking down to me. I will be going to these guys forever and ever, I am beyond happy with my service.
