Midas Magill Tyre & Auto Service

I've been getting my car serviced by these guys for about 2 years now after spending many years searching for a decent mechanic. Matt and his team are friendly, trustworthy and good communicators. Their excellent customer service is so refreshing, and I feel that they actually care about my safety and show consideration for my budget also.

Great service, been going here for years, always call to let me know what needs doing and how much it’s going to cost.

I wanted to get my car serviced to ensure it was able to take me to Marion Bay for a holiday. Luckily Midas found that the engine petrol pump was leaking onto my engine which would have ended up causing a car fire if I took it all the way to Marion Bay with me. So appreciative that they found the problem, kept me updated and fixed it in a very short amount of time, very friendly staff also. The only bad thing I would say is that they broke a button off of the inside of my car and hid it under the centre console but when I told one of the staff they fixed it right away and said that he would talk to the person who did it which is good that they follow up and help each other improve.

The guys at Midas Magil are honest, reliable and professional. No need to get warranty work done at the dealer as all warranty work is compliant with Midas. You’ll save money and have a better experience.

Absolutely brilliant mechanics, very trustworthy and honest...service is impeccable from beginning to end...

Absolutely fantastic service and very reasonably priced. Nothing is too much trouble and they seem to really pay attention to detail. They also run through any potential issues coming up, and suggest a cost-effective maintenance and safety plan going forward. I highly recommend, and I now can't imagine trusting my car servicing with anyone else. They definitely deserve their 5-star rating.

The team was very helpful when my car broke down. I has it fixed with a minimum of fuss and they were also able to do a service at the same time. The cost was a very nice surprise as it was far cheaper than expected and what I had experienced at other repairers.

Had to take my car here recently and it ended up needing a bit more work than initially thought. Midas (and Matt especially) were super communicative throughout, and kept me in the loop regarding any additional costs and gave extremely accurate timelines.

After being given completely incorrect, misleading, expensive false information from Lubemobile and RAA - Midas got the bottom of my issue at a great rate. My new local Mechanic.

Great service! I needed exhaust pipe alterations. Happy with the work. Actual cost came in well under the price quoted, can’t ask for more than that. You can trust these guys. Will go back to get the car serviced now.

Got my 05’ Honda Accord a few months ago and have been visiting these guys for repairs and servicing. Top, honest, and friendly blokes who know and love what they do. Always explaining things step by step, showing what needs to be fixed and how it has been fixed after, and always giving the best advice for planning future maintenance plans and the priorities. Dropping off my car here gives me a peace of mind knowing it’s in the best hands. Shoutout to Matt and Ignatius who have superb in taking care of my pride and joy. Would give 10 stars out of 5.

Friendly team with clean workshop and kept to organise schedule with gf wheel alignment and was fairly priced and timely with school morning drop-off. Much like the other 'not my car' service centre around the corner at Firle. Professionals. I found their knowledge and to talk with Midas and much better solution as to to have her VK done by this company because she uses them for her car, was telling me about them being fabulous, and yeeh she's right.

Excellent service and advuce on a faulty turbo. Maybe more to cime as the vehicle may require a new turbo. Mechanic did well to reduce the problem of oiling up.
