Be weary of boss here. Especially women. Took my car in to fix overheating issue & was given a quote. He then changed it 3 times stating he found other issues that needed fixing. Every time he quoted me price would get higher and higher. Car issues did not even get fully rectified causing me to have to sell my vehicle. Not the most trustworthy place to go to!

Given a verbal quote - then changed the price 3 times! Went to head office, they were fabulous, so please use Midas, just be wary of the Liverpool branch. Get everything in writing so there are no nasty surprises. A waste of my time dealing with this particular branch.

Midas Liverpool Sonny would have to the most honest mechanics i know. Always will give to best opinions and will utilise your car on the hoist. Sow the problems and explain what needs to be done. Even show you the price of part's as listed. I have two cars. Old 1999 AU I am always confident I can drive to Queensland after Midas Liverpool have looked at my car. Sometimes Sonny didn't even charge me. Nice guy.

I went there to fix engine oil leaking. Did not do anything. Anything at all. They just tried to seal the leaking with glue whereas they told me they have changed so many things. Ripped me off. Eventually, I had to go to another garage for fixing. It is the worst place to go for servicing.

Friendly staff, always available to answer questions over the phone. Easy to make a booking and provides details of the repairs required

I have had a great experience with Midas Liverpool, they have serviced my car, replaced brakes and recently rectified an engine belt issue. Sonny has always been very friendly, helpful and very transparent when explaining the issues in question with the car. I would highly recommend his service to any of my friends and family.

Came in for a quote for front shocks and price was beaten by heaps. Sunny gave me the quote never pushed for the service and within 30 mins I was back and getting the job done. Great price and great service

I thought Midas was reputable,but Liverpool branch is exceptional below standard,took car in as it was misfiring,,they replaced a fuel filter and brake pads & rotors,overcharged for all parts,rotors charged 78.oo each,Google the same product and brand they were $98.00 for the pair,they are professional Thieves,wouldn't recommend,unless you want to be ripped off,by the way,car still misfire,these jobs took 3 days to do

Honest. Took car in for front brake replacement. Breaks didn’t need replacement and they told me this instead of just swapping them and charging me for new breaks.

In August 2023 I took my 2006 Honda Odyssey in for new brake pads. It was my first time using Midas Liverpool and from my first phone call, I received honest, trustworthy customer service and after booking and then picking up the car, the team at Midas Liverpool have made me feel reassured, informed, not ripped off, taken care off and most importantly all of this service was upfront and honest for the entire experience. I highly recommend people, especially females that feel they have been ripped off or taken advantage of in the past by other mechanics, should use the team at Midas Liverpool.
