Our first day of our holiday in Tasmania and the brake light would not go off and we locked our keys in the car. Graham gave us great advice on a local locksmith (Jacksons) who arrived within half and hour. We dropped the car at the garage and they fixed the bake pedal stopper within an hour. I realise it was an easy repair (for someone in the know) but they insisted that there was 'no charge'. After 24 hours of bad luck we were all moved to find such kindness in strangers. Thank you Midas Launceston!

booked in for fuel filter and gasket replacement thought it might as well get a service while I'm at it, they tried calling me 20 mins before I got there but as I was on another call could not answer. when I got there they had done an oil change at a cost of 250 and none of the actual things I had booked it in for, I asked what was going on, they said you should have answered your phone as we needed permission to do the other things, I said but those were the things it was booked in for in the first place, you haven't even done the fuel filter yet you changed the oil, why didn't you need permission for that?? their reply was that I was of my head, well if I wasn't before I certainly felt like I was when I walked out of there ???? its 0 out of 10 for carrying out requested work and a -10 for customer service!!

had an oil leak, they told me nothing was wrong. later found out the oil filter had a split in it. obviously didn’t even open the hood of the ute and had a proper look.

Staff were so friendly and so helpful. I booked my car in for a roadworthy which was done in about an hour. Staff then took off my plates for me and were kind enough to help me put on my new Tas ones. Great service. Thankyou

Shocking they can’t even do a wheel bearing properly about a month ago I got mine done as it was gone they replaced it it’s been fine untill it’s gone again I wouldn’t recommend they are way over priced I’m no mechanic and can make a wheel bearing last longer then that

Called up to make a booking for exhaust repairs and fitted the job in quickly around me. Dropped it off and got an estimate time for pick up. Got the call for pick up and was sorted quickly. Good service, good work and not expensive all at the same time. Awesome work guys keep it up.
