Physically went in to see them for repairs to car. New front struts. New rear leaf spring and shocks, new rear drum brakes, pDs and cylinders. Took all my details so he could get prices. Never heard back

Unfortunately not the same since Jake left. My partner dropped his car off on Saturday, expecting to get it back the same day as it was just a service. They called him back at midday to say it was ready, but we couldn’t pick it up until Monday as he was closing right then. We weren’t told this prior, or even told to come back at 12 so we could get the car back the same day. Picked it up today (Monday) and was charged 10% EXTRA ($95) for using Afterpay when this has never, NOT ONCE happened before. Disappointed really.

Great care with service, listened to my other concerns, which were attended to promptly and called back as soon as parts came in. I would highly recommend these guys at Kippa-Ring!
