From the moment walking into reception you are greeted by friendly staff who are committed and ready to cater to every requirement and question you may have. Myself, not being overly confident in the car mechanical field, my mind was quickly set at ease with detailed descriptions of what my car needed and why it was necessary for it to be quickly addressed. I was updated promptly if my vehicle would not be ready, also if any further works needed to be carried out before the work was started allowing myself to be constantly kept in the loop of where my vehicle was at in the job timeline. Even simple services, you are walked through for those who might not understand aspects of the work to be undertaken. This alone shows the dedication of the business to its customers. With every employee I had to interact with, I was extremely pleased with how they presented and conducted themselves. From the front desk to the workshop, complete care is given to every vehicle and their owners. I have been to many mechanics including dealerships and none have had the quality and standards that Midas has risen to. There is no other mechanic I would visit with my complete trust in the team at Midas. For all your needs I highly recommend Midas, there is no one better.

I got my roadworthy certificate at Midas without him trying to sell me new parts for half the car like a few others and has helped me out with other things. David is an honourable mechanic with great values who I completely trust. He has always been upfront and honest with me about my car costs before the work was done and when I had a large service I couldn't afford, he trusted me to pay if off over time without ever hassling me for money. Great, professional staff. I have my first car and there has been a problem with air conditioning and a couple of minor things recently. My car has been always taken care of immediately and checked throughly by Midas staff. I am really happy with both the service and an excellent staff who works there. Definitely five stars ?

Got a general service on my Yaris here which usually is between $140-$200 and they charged me $500 after it was finished. They also have tried to scam multiple people I know that have brought their cars here. Do not go here unless you want a dodgy mechanic that'll rip you off
