Midas Brighton are always very helpful and polite, they always give me a price before carrying out work and show me any parts that have been replaced. I find them very trustworthy and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service in crisis. I accidentally ran over some blue stone pavers. Des and the team removed the damaged panels that were dragging on the ground, so I could go safely on my way.

Brighton Midas didn't repair my fog light in the way we communicated and agreed initially at the consultation. Sam promised me the have it repaired again but the communication became extremely hard - I had to call constantly to chase things up, but always got uncertain responses, they asked me to wait without a clear due day, pushed the blame to the supplier. The issue still not solved yet. Very unhappy and dissatisfied.

These guys are the most honest and reliable Car Service I’ve ever brought my car to, they genuinely care about fixing your car’s problems and not making up new ones. Whilst Jeep Brighton wanted to replace a list of parts to brand new ones and charge almost half of the car price, Midas took the time to check, clean and test current parts and charge a fair price for that. You gain a new customer guys! Totally recommended!

After having such a great experience getting new tyres for my car here, I was happy to take my van here to be looked at for a diagnosis on some weird noises it was making. Sam and the team were so friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. They carefully and thoroughly explained the issues that needed looked at to make sure I understood everything before I made choices for the repairs. I highly recommend going to see Sam and the team I felt very much looked after as if it were family taking care of my van.

I don't usually write reviews but Des and his team were outstanding to work with! Excellent customer service and very knowledgable, professional and trustworthy. I often feel that when servicing my car, I end up paying for things that I don't really know if I need...they did not make me feel like this at all. They were very clear with their communication and the service was quick and reliable. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is ready for my upcoming road trip! I will definitely continue to bring my car here and would highly recommend them!

Took the car in due to coolant leakage. Spoke to them twice due to additional repairs needed. When I went to collect the car i got charged $1,200 over the amount they quoted me just a day earlier.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Midas Brighton. I brought my car to their mechanic for a routine service and paid over $1111.00 on January 3rd, 2023. Unfortunately, within a month, my car broke down multiple times, causing me a great deal of inconvenience and additional expenses of $7000. The mechanic had claimed to have replaced the gasket kits, but I noticed oil leaks around them after the service. I had to pay Honda Astoria for the exact same repair. After the service, the car started having issues with accelerating and broke down at least three times. Since I trusted Midas Brighton, I had my car towed back to them to re-inspect and rectify the issues. However, they stopped answering my calls, and I had to use a private number to finally get in touch with the owner/manager, Sam. To my surprise, he told me that they "couldn't find out what the issues were" and couldn't fix the car. As a result, I had to tow my car to Honda Astoria, who informed me that the ECU, starter motor, and transmission were not working properly, causing multiple breakdowns. Honda Astoria also pointed out that these were pre-existing issues that should have been detected during the service at Midas Brighton. I was disappointed that Midas Brighton's mechanics failed to identify these problems, causing me additional expenses and inconvenience. Furthermore, Honda Astoria informed me that Midas Brighton had installed the wrong type of oil filter during the service, which was not suitable for my car. I found it astonishing that even such a simple task was not carried out properly and caused further expenses for me. Overall, my experience with Midas Brighton was extremely disappointing, and the poor quality of work and lack of customer service caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience.

I needed a replacement tyre valve cap and just called the nearest auto place I could find, which happened to be Midas Brighton (Gardenvale). The gentleman who answered (Prabh Gurm) said they had some and when I got there he already had them at hand. Not only that, he didn't even charge me for them. It was wonderful customer service. Their care seems to be consistent as my previous encounters with them (servicing my car a few years ago) were also quite pleasant. Thank you Midas Brighton.

Karam was great with my puncture at 4pm on a Friday.. took the car through straight away, done in 15 mins..I had booked another place..he wanted the car overnight and said it was too late to start anything now.. lucky someone told me about Midas. Handy location too On Nepean Hwy near Nth Rd.

Karam was a great help when I took my car to him for an extensive service, he was very time efficient and thorough with his inspection and was very helpful working out what could be fixed that day within my budget. Will definitely be back to sort the rest soon

Was in dire straits today in my first week of a new job, I didn't notice a slow leak in one flat tyre and the others were on their way out. Very last minute but Karam at the Midas Brighton store fixed it all for me with four new tyres! Quick service and a great price too. I drove off a happy customer, thank you Karam!

Wonderful service, great price, great quality! I noticed a nail in my tyre as I was driving and was told I could bring my car straight in. Big thanks to Karampal for his friendly and professional service, and for repairing my punctured tyre so quickly. I could not have been happier!

RUN! 1k to replace accessory belt and snapped tension ($800 labourer). Only to be given a broken car key. After stringing me along for weeks waiting on the key, they wanted another $1000 to fix the key that they broke. Fixed it myself for $75. Good luck understanding one word being said here. Wouldn't trust them with a dead cat. Never again

Received the best service from Karampal during a recent visit to Midas Brighton. From the initial phone call, to dropping off my vehicle for service, to receiving a call to explain to me what was required, all was handled very professionally. I found Karampal to be friendly, efficient and very helpful. He explained everything thoroughly, without being pushy or salesmen type. I honestly can’t fault the man or my experience, hence my 5 star review.
