Extremely overpriced. Charged for premium parts, supplied with budget parts. Called them out on it. They replaced them. Pretty deceiving if you don't know anything about cars. Wanted a rough idle fixed. Just required a new 02 sensor. But these guys don't like being told anything. Didn't replace the sensor, gave me a list of reasons why. Went somewhere else days later. Paid $65 got my sensor changed, car runs amazing.

Took my car to these guys for a water pump replacement, even if my car is a Jeep GC there was no judgement or anything like that at all.They will fix any car, They are an experienced crew judging how busy their workshop is when I visited. The communication was great and work performed was top notched. Very happy with the repairs. Highly recommended.

The team is very efficient. They did find out what was wrong with the car and how much it will cost to fix it compared to our last mechanic that couldn't find what was wrong. We will definitely be using there services from now on.

Update: I took my car back to get my tyers changed and a realignment and my car is now driving smoother then butter. They were extreamly fast and professional with A++ customer service, and I love that they are a quality based service, you can know and rest easy with the fact that if it's not a quality part they won't use it.

Extremely unprofessional, took my car in explaining that the rear brakes where making noise waited 2 days then received the phone call to say the car was ready, unfortunately it was not.Drove the car for a few days and noticed that the noise was getting worse, made another phone call to tell Explain the issue and they told me to bring it in Which I did then I waited close to a week for them to go over the issue (that’s about 5-6 days waiting for my car which is absolutely disgraceful due to such a simple job) first year apprenticeship stuff. I question these mechanics are they qualified do they know what there looking for??? I don’t think so. Now close to 2k down and my car is at the same level it was before I will definitely not take it here again. I was gullible to look at google reviews and try to search up a legitimate business for auto care unfortunately I was put down by this service. I am very upset by this serves and I hope no one will go through the same bs I did spending $$$$ waiting...... no result

I had a very very experience with Midas Blacktown 10 years ago. DON'T TRUST THIS NAME !!! Exactly the same way to lure you to bring your car for service and safety check of 50+ points. Then, they (one Caucasian man & another black man, Fuji-like background) would try to rip you off by saying this and that need to be replaced (eg brake pads etc) but these were all lies. The worst thing was that the engine oil was never changed and was still dirty after service. I never go there again. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!????

Called in to see what the tyre pressure should be on a LDV T60 and Danny was more than helpful in fact he told me the pressure and topped up all my tyres for me Thank you Danny & Merry Christmas

Came down early to Midas with a flat tyre on my Ute , I had Lee and the boys get straight onto it, even tho I had no tools in the car they managed to grab out theyre personal one, job was done quick and professionally , definitely will be re turning

I travel from Penrith to bass hill to get my service. As a single mum I've found a few mechanics don't fix the issue to the vehicle. But have said they fixed the problem leaving me out of pocket & still with problems. But Midas bass hill is the first to actually fix the problems that come up and tells me my estimated costs so I'm not stressing how much it cost lol. Thank you for the great A+ service. I won't go anywhere else.

Bass Hill Midas has some of the best mechanics in the business. Their customers service is fantastic, their services are always of quality and their prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. They always get my car ready when i need it (meeting all deadlines). No job is too complicated. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing service from the very first time I’ve been here. It all started when my car refused to start after filling up at the servo next door. I ran over for help and Brad quickly came to take my car in and changed the battery promptly (mind you it was close to their closing time). They were super friendly and quick to help. 3 years later now and they are still stuck with having me. Thank you Danny, Lee & Brad for always looking after me and my family! I tried different mechanics before i went to midas and every single one didnt know what’s as going on with my car or they falsely diagnosed it leading me to spend thousands on problems that weren’t there, i went to midas and within a few days they knew exactly what the issue was and really went above and beyond to help out, even working after hours to try to fix the issue. Brad was the one who took care of my car and he was absolutely amazing, showed me photos and explained to me everything that was wrong and worked himself harder than he should’ve in order to fix my car, they’re by far the most professional mechnaic is i’ve ever met and i will never go to another mechanic no matter how big or small the problem is, because i know midas will have the fox no matter what

Exceptional customer service from Danny, Lee and Thomas. My car broke down on my way to work. The team was so efficient with fixing my tyres on the spot and got me back en route to work as quickly as they could. Thank you again to the amazing, friendly staff. Excellent and Genuine Staff working their, my partner has been to the place for wheel alignments, pink slip and they have done a good job. Just this morning I brought our newly bought 2nd hand vehicle for wheel alignment, Lee took it for a test drive, then ask me to hop in to show me that everything is good and it's not really needed, we can check again in couple of months they didn't charge me for this and even check my tyre pressure. Hard to find good mechanics like them will definitely come back.

I had a flat tyre late this afternoon and drove into Midas Bass Hill thinking they’d send me away because it was close to closing time however I was totally wrong! Brad came out and immediately changed my tyre and checked the pressure. I was literally back on the road within 10 minutes. I never write reviews but these guys definitely deserve the shout out! Best in the area. Lee does an amazing job. Very friendly customer service. As a woman, I find it hard to deal with some mechanics, but this one was an exception. Thank you for fixing my tyre even though it was almost closing time. Could pick up my children ON TIME from day care as my tyre went flat on the way, so thank you very very much!

Lee is an absolute legend and so are the other employees! Called them on a Friday afternoon about an oil leak coming from the oil pressure sensor. Despite it being busy they made some time to check out the defects. Lee gave me a very good quote. For a fair bit of work. Especially compared to another company that would charge TRIPLE the price. They booked me in for next Monday and repairs were done in under 4 hours. 10/10 would recommend.
