What fantastic service. Flat tyre on the side of the highway. Stinking hot and I didn't have the right jack for the kind of terrain I stopped on. Couldn't find anyone to help. After numerous calls Sam from here was the only person that would help. Totally went above and beyond to get us back on the road for our girls weekend. Double checked everything on the car to make sure we had nothing to worry about.. Would recommend without a doubt.. Thanks Sam You totally put our mind at ease.

Service is excellent. This business genuinely looks after all their custimers. Attention to detail and very thorough. Their mechanics are the best. Not overly-priced and I have taken my vehicles to this business for almost four years now. I would rate them extremely highly and cannot fault this business. They are the BEST.

Went there as we had a nail lodged onto the tyres and we didnt want to risk a further damage travelling to our usual mechanic which is 30k away. Later found that the nail didnt make any holes in 2 secs but they still charged a full 15min labor cost. We wont be back.

Easy and painless service + exhaust reconfiguration. Happy to help, spoke to others in the area prior to M.A.D who didn't even feel like completing the job or discussing requirements. Highly recommended!!

I had come from central west NSW, had an issue with my brakes. Called in to M.A.D and they were fantastic.

The team was professional and welcoming and went out of their way to fix a breakdown. The mechanics really know what they are doing and expedited a major repair so I could get on my way.

Came by down for a small getaway and had an unlucky experience with a puncture tyre. The fact they came out to greet me and already surprised by their high customer service. They were fast & professional on what they’re doing and I highly recommend anyone going around this place for car services! Best thing about this place is they have a dog named Max!

Very impressed with the cleanliness and service of installation of new muffler and pipes for my 1997 Saab...definitely recommend them

First experience with these guys and I couldn’t be more blown away. Sam went above and beyond to listen to my concerns, figure out the problem (which was not easy to find), and then explain everything plainly to me (I have no knowledge about cars). I was informed throughout the day on decisions/ findings. Not only this, but I then went to pick up my car and they cleaned up my front lights for me! Could not recommend these guys more. Sam and her team are literally the best I broke down towing 4 horses on the highway travelling to Tamworth for an interschools competition and Sam was the only mechanic in the area to help me We nursed our vehicle in to her garage Unloaded the horses and they worked away getting us back on the road to ensure we got to our competition We are so so impressed at their efforts and how quickly they fixed my car New alternator , battery and made sure we were good to go! The best mechanics ever, seriously cannot recommend them enough, Sam is a genius’s mechanic, so smart, she deserves an award. The best service ever, this is the best mechanics I’ve ever been to and I’ve been all over the world, I came in with so many challenging issues with my car and Sam dealt with every one of them, the nicest people ever working there, also the hardest working people, they really take such great care of everybody.

Passing through Morrisset and we got stuck when the engine light lit up. MAD Mechanical repairs got us on the road quickly and cheaply and did a fantastic job, staff are super friendly, best place we could have stopped!

Had the pink slip done on my bike a few months ago, my regular mechanic was unavailable. Thought what great people. Sam was awesome. Anyway had the aircon on my car regassed today and headlight globes replaced. The difference in my aircon is immeasurable, and straight away i thought why didn’t my regular mechanic check this when doing services or have it? There was a noise under my bonnet when the compressor was running: gone now. Cool air now comes out all vents, and todays hot weather didn’t faze it. No more mist from the vents indicating freezing up, and whisper quiet operation. Sam and her team clearly worked their proverbials off to get customers cars in, get them done, and get them out. Thanks and I will be having my car serviced here from now on. See you soon!
