I have been seeing Geoff and the team for about 5 years now. They have offered great services and have always helped with repairs as needed. Geoff has also been able to identify issues that popped up with my old car that left other mechanics stumped. Highly recommend them.

Had a front wheel bearing destroy itself on one of my company cars making the car undriveable. Was fixed in no time at all and at a reasonable cost. Excellent communication and honesty with office staff and the mechanic would highly recommend knoxfield automotive.

I've searched a lifetime to find a mechanic I feel I can genuinely trust, not rip me off. These guys are it. After taking my daughter's car to them a couple of times with excellent outcomes, I took my car today. The front heater fan had stopped working in Mazda CX9. Mazda wanted $1,200 just for the part. These guys had me back on the road for $200. Amazing service.

Have been going to this company for over 5 years, I am unsure whether they have changed owners or not, however unfortunately I will not be back. I had issues with my engine overheating when idle/air conditioning running but the temperature returning to normal once the car was moving (this was all communicated to the the lady at the front desk and a gentlemen whose name I cannot remember). I took it to them 3 times and all 3 times my car overheated within an hour of leaving, every time I called it was just excuse after excuse three in particular. 1. We are very busy 2. We revved your engine to max but the weather was too cold (I did say it only overheats when idle) 3. The guy who checks a particular thing is out doing a course (that's an actual excuse that I got) , if it was too busy for you to properly assess my car, if you would have let me know I would have taken it somewhere else, never had any issues previously its a shame.

I have been going to Knoxfield Automotive for over 10 years with multiple cars. Geoff and Kim have always been super friendly, helpful and fair. They have helped me out of normal hours and in difficult situations. They are simply the best!! Cannot recommend them enough!!!

Took my subaru forester there to get leaks fixed I was assured it was just the power steering rack so they replaced it with a reco rack. 3 hours from home and my front differential blow up, put up on the hoist and found both front diff seals leaking with metallic paste all over it. Very clearing leaking for a while...$2700 to have it replaced by a trustworthy mechanic. I told knoxfield automotive about the issue and they had no explanation and was told to expect a call back from Geoff which never happened. Swept under the rug and forgotten about. Not the first issue they've missed on a car I've taken there but will be the last. They try to pump out too many cars a day and miss simple problems which cost customers thousands with no recourse. Very disappointing.

The whole staff here are so helpful and kind. They explained the issues with my car throughly and schedule an appointment as soon as possible to get the fixes done.
