I've got a Subaru and and have taken my vehicle to Highpoint Automotive on several occasions now. Paul and his team have been great to deal with and a friendly service. The shop is always neat even though there's quite a lot cars inside and out which means the team takes pride in their work. The vehicle service maintenance and repair has ben excellent and I'll certainly revisit when my Subaru is next due. Recommended!

I came in with an unusual repair request, the person I spoke to was understanding, advised me of the potential costs. When they inspected my vehicle (older vw slightly modified) they attempted the more economical option first, which was successful. They needed parts to replace the damaged ones, they got these the same day I dropped it off, and had my car ready by 4pm on the same day I gave them my car. They made me feel like my repair was a priority, even though they were clearly busy, and even had someone leave the work shop to pick up the parts so I didn't have to wait till the next day, even though I stated it was OK if they didn't finish same day. They did all this at a price lower then I expected. Very pleased and impressed.

Worst mechanic I've ever met in my life! My car was there for 3 weeks due to catalyst problems, never repaired. I took the car back without even saying a single word or looking at his face and I will take it to a real mechanic. This id.......t is an offense to mechanics category in Melbourne !! 1 star is too much !!

This snake in the grass had my roomates vehicle for over 3 months, constantly lied and told him it had different issues and then charged him $300 before returning the van in the same condition, save yourself your time, money and energy and take your car to an actual mechanic

Highpoint Auto is definitely the most trust worthy mechanic I have ever come across. I would never go to any other mechanic. He is priced extremely competitive, provides options and extremely reliable. I would highly recommend Paul and his team for anyone that needs to have work completed on their car.

They are very helpful, friendly and cost effective. I had issues with my car, my car was not starting but fortunately they come to my home, started my car and replaced the battery. I would strongly recommend them for anyone. 5/5*

Not the smartest mechanic, Very expensive. I guess someone has to pay for he's lavish lifestyle. Go elsewhere. Went in for basic service, wrong oil , wrong filter. And I think they swapped parts of my car. Investigation underway.

Paul and the guys at Highpoint Automotive are meticulous - which is a good thing. Mighty Goodlooking's tie rod ends were not standard and Paul machined them to fit perfectly which has improved the overall smoothness of the ride. Very happy - and it's worth dropping by the workshop just to rubberneck at the amazing cars they work on.

Responded to my call for help with calm demeanour and understanding. Fitted my small job in between his tasks and avoided delay
