Very friendly staff, and they are relatively cheap compared to some mechanic workshops in the area.

Very disappointed with this mob. I received a quote from them through AutoGuru which seemed competitive so went there to get the car checked out. They supposedly diagnosed the issue (although now I'm doubting their advice), however would not contact me about booking a time in to get the repairs done. Despite following up, did not receive any communication. I understand it is an Audi which are mechanics worst nightmares, however if they did not want the work, TELL ME YOU DON'T WANT THE WORK! I am now without a car for Christmas as I'm not comfortable driving it due to the issues I'm having. I would have had time to go somewhere else had I not been waiting and following up. Do not go here; I'm a member of the community Facebook pages and I have seen 'Do not go here!' more times than not when people ask for advice on where to go to get mechanical work done. Unprofessional and rude. Hopefully this review reaches at least one person. I will also be advising Repco.

Great, friendly, helpful and honest local service that provides a personal care to one's vehicles. We get all our and our mate's car serviced here without any issues. Very trustworthy. Sean and team are great and always ready to help if they can. They take good care of your cars and help with diagnosing problems.

I took my car in for a maintenance service and was quoted $200, the final cost came to $2700, through out the time my car was held I was not contacted once nor informed about these growing costs, my car was in there for several weeks after I was originally told it would be no longer than a day. Not once did I receive a phone call, email etc about my vehicle. After I picked my car up within the week of having it back it blew up and i am now unable to drive it, whilst receiving my car back I was soon it realise that there was missing pieces (lights, gear stick, air pump, personal belonging and so forth). Essentially I paid just shy of $3000 for i car I cannot drive.

Super happy with the service. My air conditioner stopped blowing out cold air, and it turned out it just needed to be re-gassed which was really the best case scenario for me. It cost exactly as much as he quoted me on the phone when I booked it in, and it got serviced really quickly as well, so I'm really happy that I took my car here. Friendly customer service as well, and I'll probably book my car in here for future services too.

We were on a road trip and desperately needed the car to be looked at. They fitted us in straight away and fixed the issue swiftly. Great team and great customer service. Thank you ????

Did the job on my Rover 75 and didn't over charge

The staff here at this mechanic workshop are honestly the greatest. I'm not biased, but they have always been absolutely phenomenal when it comes to me and my car. They remember me by name, and I like that because it means they take an interest in the customers that bring their vehicles into their workshop. I've been seeing this team for almost 3 years now, and they are the friendliest and most helpful team I have come across.

Absolute fantastic service, I’ve got a really good knowledge of cars and I knew what I needed done. I went in with an idea of how much I was expecting to pay, but not only did I pay “LESS!” Than what I expected. They did “MORE!” Than what I initially asked… after they called and ran it by me of course. Extremely impressed, there definitely is still honest and respectable mechanics with fantastic knowledge and skill in this world. Will be taking up all my servicing needs here .

Ok never had I been ripped off before meeting these money hungry a holes. Im a Single mother they took 1500 off me and my air con still blowing hot air. They asked me to bring in back again I did another 900 dollars still blowing hot air. If your a woman don't take your car here money hungry and don't care I'm still in a hot car with my children. Not nice people.
