The Manager here is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I’ve ever met! Put his finger on all my probs just like that and with a minimum of fuss! Highly recommend them!

On top of excellent professionalism, they got us in right away despite a fully booked schedule, and diagnosed & repaired our campervan promptly. VW Amarok brakes were down to the metal. They told me to bring it in straight away and did a great job, fair pricing, didn’t replace what wasn’t necessary. I used to go to Tony at Heathfield Motors, now that has closed I’m pleased to find a genuine, friendly and efficient alternative. I will be recommending to my friends and kids.

Our Landrover started to make an awful noise from the front, weeks later it started to shudder. We took the vehicle to two mechanics who couldn't find the issue even after replacing parts we still had the shudder. Long story short, we asked around town (Stirling) who knows a good reliable mechanic and immediately got pointed in the direction to Jon at Crafers Mechanical. Upon inspection, they actually found that all four of our custom wheels that were put on incorrectly when we first purchased the car, this resulted in the wheels not quite correctly sitting flush on the hub and the spokes were bent. This was extremely dangerous and at any time our wheels could have come off, mid you we have three children. Regardless to say Jon and his crew went to work and commitment to giving our family car back in a safe manner. They all went above and beyond, giving us honest updates and showing me what was going on personally. We now have a safe car for our school drop offs and holidays, we really do appreciate all your help guys. We know it was a bit of a stretch and loads of time and effort but we are so pleased. Thank you again and we will most definitely be back.

I had a nail in my tyre and a friend suggested I go to Crafers auto to get it repaired and I’m so glad I did! They repaired the tyre in no time at all and were incredibly accommodating as I was not feeling well. The staff were so nice and the price was so reasonable. It was so refreshing to encounter good customer service and mechanics that know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

I've lived in the Hills for 4 years and have bounced around from mechanic to mechanic until I found Crafers Auto Service & Repair - I wouldn't go anywhere else now! They are knowledgable, helpful, thorough and get the job done quickly as well, and on top of that - great people! They squeezed me in during a very busy time of year but even so, did the work quickly and to a high standard, but at a reasonable price, and offered me a loan car as well. They are always on hand to offer advice if I need it and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in this area.

Went in to trouble shoot dash lights on my forester, John was great help and fixed it right then and there.
