Extremely thorough outfit - installed a new engine for our son ( had bad fuel from unknown source: apparently you need a pre-filter for diesel or get one of those filtered funnels). So as well as a clean install they put in protective shielding over certain parts . Also they alerted him to other things that needed attention.

Wanted new injectors said there any in Australia, then cleaned the old ones ,fitted them missing washers, wanted the injectors pump reconditioned, it sat on the work bench for 3 weeks ,hopeless

Had them change all my fluids and they did a great job.

What a awsome business to deal with, Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff. I have had ongoing issues with my vehicle for over twelve months. 8 mechanics, 2k in labour and a further 800 in parts later, and the vehicle was still not fixed. After arriving in Tassie I decided to take it to burnie diesel after being recommended by a local. I explained the problems and a booking was made to have a go at fixing it. I had a good feeling that this bloke knew his trade. After a quick test run with the caravan in tow, it was back to the workshop for repairs. 3 hours later the feared phone call came. I could not believe my ears when they said it was fixed. Heath's knowledge and passion for what he does in second to none. A huge thanks to Heath, Nicky and the rest of the team. I would and will be recommending this buisness to anybody who needs any sort of mechanical work done in Tassie.
