Dropped in my car for a service and breaks. Flash forward a few months to find both Balljoints and a range of other things needed to be done which should have been picked up in the "service" . Front wheel nearly fell off. Have used this service for years, every time some kind of problem after the fact and costs always seemed high with problems to come later

Patrick and his boys are great for all the repair and log book service. Been going there for years and cheapest and the best.

STAY AWAY AND BE AWARE FROM THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY MR PATRICK............ PATRICK IS OVERPRICING LYING UNRELIABLE PERSON...... HE RIPPED ME OFF MULTIPLE TIMES AND ON TWO OCCASIONS AFTER HE REPAIRED MY CAR........ the same day after picking up my car it completely broke down..... whatever title PATRICK PATRICK MR PATRICK HAS..... should be investigated by the right authorities to ensure in future his negligence does not happen to future customers putting their safety at risk.... PATRICK replaced my windscreen wipers which flew off its socket on a very heavy rainy day almost causing me to have a terrible accident.... as l could not see anything in front me as my wipers disengaged in its proper use... AFTER THIS I WENT BACK TO HIM AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION.... HE DID NOT APOLOGISE OR CARE ABOUT THE IMPORTANT MATTER BEING SAFETY and just ask his coworker to replace my wipers and off he walked into his office..... PATHETIC PATRICK........ AUTOPLUS OR AUTOMATIC DISTASTER!!!!

Great service. Have always been wary of dropping my car into a mechanic but these guys at Autoplus Preston are terrific, very helpful and reasonably priced. Have been going there for several years and will continue to have my car looked after by them. No question about it!

Went and got my Mazda 2 service. Originally booked through AutoGuru for a break pad replacement and basic service. Patrick was very friendly and explained to me when I walked in that he would call me with a list of things that could be addressed if I wanted too. Received a call about an hour after dropping the car off and he kindly explained the reasons and costs for things that could be addressed. As a student with limited income, I felt no pressure if I said some things could wait and Patrick really helped explain things that probably shouldn’t wait. Would recommend for quick and easy service and repair!

Patrick and his team provide honest, reliable service. My niece took her car to Kevin Dennis motors for a standard service and was told she needed to spend a couple of thousand dollars on her car. I thought this was a little suspicious so I took her car to Patrick as I know he is totally trustworthy. Patrick looked over the car and found there was nothing wrong with it at all. Patrick did not charge me anything for his time. My entire family and many of my friends now get their cars serviced by Patrick and his team as we know we will not be ripped off and our cars will be fixed properly.

Hi. I got calling them for fix my car in street experience. They do what there best to served me as possible even i call them in middle of day and its weekend they push they schedules and try feet me in but we decided to make appointments for another day and day came sooner than time we got appointment they do it fast quick and reasonable. Give a receipt on spot and really reliable service they provide. Im happy to deal with them again in case of need. Say thanks to them here as well. Cheers
