Great service and repair of my VW Golf. My car was a bit of a mess before I brought it in, and after, it's running again like new. Wayne is cheerful, professional and thorough in explaining what they found and what was fixed.

Wayne was very helpful and honest and got the job done I was very happy with his advice on what to fix on my ford ranger. Thxs again.

I’ve always been a bit hesitant when it comes to a mechanic and I feel like I always walk away feeling ripped off. Wayne was absolutely amazing. He took me in super last minute. He kept me in the loop and explained anything and everything that needed to be done making sure that I understood what needed to be done and why. He also brought things to my attention for the near future which was a welcoming peace of mind so I can plan ahead. Highly recommend

Online enquiry submission was just a breeze and I got an approximation of the total cost for replacing 4 brake pads plus disc rotors machining within 10 minutes of workshop opening hours. Wayne and his crew at AutoPlus Mordialloc were so pleasant to deal with. As stated by Wayne my car was ready for pick up just right after lunch. Punctuality. Friendly. Quality Service and most of all the service that the AutoPlus crew at Mordialloc provided was well priced! first time took my car there, was very impressed by the boss, Wayne, from the time i made the booking till i paid my bill ,pure honesty, super fast service ,top professional , gentleman communication , and very reasonable value prices . will highly recommend this mechanic place and the amazing nice manager Wayne.

Asked for a quote for my 01 Magna. Was charged like $90 for the quote (upon arrival), and told the repairs would cost around $1500, for a faulty electrical light on dash. When I decided not to proceed, was snarkily told, "If you can't afford repairs, maybe you shouldn't be driving." Surprised he didn't charge extra for that wisdom. Took it to another shop and had the issue sorted for about $500. Be careful.

Great friendly service, took my van i for a brake check and received an honest assessment and it was decided no work was needed at this stage, thanks Rod i will be back when the van needs a full service

Jayson and the team are absolutely fantastic. Just had the brake pads replaced and rotors machined, and the car just feels fantastic now. So good to be able to take the car here, and know you are going to be looked after. Top quality work and pricing. 5 stars all the way. 14.04.2023 David, Rod & Sean are fantastic. Dropped my car off this morning for a general inspection and Brake Fluid change. Sean found a small leak from the radiator, and Rod gave me a call. The guys were able to source a replacement radiator, and it was all done and installed by lunchtime. Fantastic service once again, and I have no hesitation in bringing my car to Mordialloc Auto Plus for any repair required. What I particularly like is there are no short cuts or cheap parts used. After writing a 1-star review, 5 days ago, was contacted this morning to replace the cheap RDA brake pads (1st fitted) with the originally requested Brembo brake pads (for my brembo rotors). I was NOT charged extra for this replacement, but had to bring the car back a second time. Still not so happy with the initial experience, but at least it has been corrected. I found it only fair to adjust the rating to suit. I promised to adjust the rating, and was told to remove it all together.

First class service !! Rod and Shawn extremely helpful, called with full report and costs before starting work. 1st class work, friendly and no BS !! Highly recomend them, prompt and fair prices. Wouldnt take our cars anywhere else !! Thanks guys ????

Rod was very helpful in fixing my car on the same day, after it was broke down earlier in the morning and had to be towed to the shop. Definitely recommend as I was looked after extremely well.

My vehicle was damaged during a service at auto plus braeside. Since then I have been struggling to get their insurance involved. 1.5 months later im still waiting. Auto plus has not been helpful, they have only told me to sort it out every step of the way. Their incompetence is costing me much time to sort out their issues.

I noticed some coolant near the water pump too, so my first thought was I may need a new water pump. The guys at Autoplus Mordialloc pressure tested the cooing system and found out that the leak near the water pump, was actually coming from a failed O-ring on one of the coolant pipes, not the water pump itself. This proves again that they only do necessary work, and won't do un-necessary work to make more $$$. I have no hesitation in recommending the Mordialloc store for car repairs / service. These guys are the best.
