Would like to acknowledge Jared taking the time to explain the issue for my brakes and commend on the high level of integrity he and his team. Been having issues with the brakes and I wanted to get rotors machined and brake pads replaced. Car was put up on the hoist and Jared took the time to explain the issue. He advised not to take any fixes right now until a later time as he had the experience to know that the issue will return. I will 100% go back to Jared & his team when the time comes to fix my issue.

Had Auto Plus Burwood do a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at buying from a nearby used car dealer. They identified a minor roadworthy issue and other upcoming service items which I used to negotiate down the price of the car. Good customer service and reasonably priced too.

Dealt with Jared and his service was outstanding from start to finish. Work required was completed ASAP, there was no fuss and my takeaway is a well run business, efficient, very well organised with the customer experience a high priority. Work completed at a competitive price as I obtained other quotes to gauge what our job should roughly cost. Had my car serviced 2 days prior to Christmas as we were planning on a long trip post Boxing Day. The day before Christmas I had the VSC, engine light, and the 4lo light illuminated on the dash. I tried to reach out and fair enough they were closed over Christmas break. The most annoying bit was not knowing how long are they closed for. They didn't have closure dates posted on website/google and nor did they stuck a notice outside their workshop. I had to spend >$1000 on car rental and leave my car behind. They opened on 4th Jan and when I took my car I was told that the EGR valve likely needs replacement. They patched up the car and sent me back only to have the lights come back within next 2 hours. Finally, I took it to the Toyota dealership, paid $200, and was told that the EGR line coming out of the engine was adrift and needed to be put back in. Nothing wrong with the EGR valve. I guess, I won't be going back to AutoPlus again

Jared and team have been top class every time I have come in for an issue. They are reasonably priced, super helpful and always on time or in my case always before. I had recommended a friend to their shop and he came back with the same experience. Will be recommending them to my family and friends in the future too.

These people can never be trusted. Supplied my own rear rotors and brake pads for a replacement. Was told the rotors that I brought were of a wrong size so they would supply their own. Quote doubled from $130 to $300. No problem there. While I was told the install would take 30-45 mins, took a whole 2 hours for the job. 3 months in, there is visible damage on the rotors with loud screeching and grooves while the brake pad has still got 70% life in it. I was informed by another mechanic that the grooves could be result of machining the rotors than replacing at the first place. Never in the world could I imagine someone do such a shady job to save couple of hundred dollars. ?

I needed my brake discs machined after I warped them with some spirited driving, Jared managed to fit me in last minute and got them sorted out in time for me to throw them back on my car in time to get to work. I am very happy with the service I received, especially as a woman, it’s hard to find a mechanic that takes you seriously and doesn’t rip you off. 10/10

Been here a few times now. Extremely friendly staff who are willing to explain all the issues with your vehicle. Slightly more pricey than some other servicing centres. But worth the slight difference. Overall servicing for my 2004 Toyota Corolla has been great. Would recommend and will be back again.
