They understand the needs of their customers and are in communication with you throughout the whole process. It's so refreshing to find a business who treats your car as if it were theirs. Got caught out one day replacing my panhard rod bushes - I broke my hydraulic press attempting to push the new bushes in. On a whim I called into Australian Mechanical to ask if they could help a guy out - without hesitation, Kassandra took it straight out the back for me and within a few minutes, back out, all pressed - no charge. Fabulous attitude, no bull - breath of fresh air. I'll be back down soon to get all the rest of my bushings done - paid of course!!

Australian mechanical and Cassandra from reception have gone absolutely above and beyond for me. I came to Aus mechanic by word of mouth when my newly bought car (with warranty) started showing faults. The dealership firstly wanted to send the part which would leave me without a car for a week, Cassandra and her great customer fought for what’s right… the dealership then wanted to pay for the part, but leave me to pay for the labor fee. Cassandra still wasn’t satisfied and at the end of the day, Aus mechanical waived the labor fee for me. Couldn’t recommend these guys to anyone anymore!

I bought a ute from Matt, he was very helpful and friendly. Not your stereotypical car salesman! There was a small issue with the 4x4 system which was resolved quickly and an engine light warning after driving the vehicle for a few weeks, again this was resolved at no cost to me incredibly quickly, the car is running like a dream. I have since taken another of my vehicles to him and recommended him to a number of my friends. Great friendly, honest people. Cheers!

Well what can I say other than Kassandra and your team you are quite literally the best team of mechanics EVER! After being provided the absolute best service I’ve received anywhere I decided to get some work done on my car. I had been to 5 other mechanics over the last year for an extremely annoying knocking noise. Each mechanic recommended something different that needed replacing therefore I went with each of their recommendations and have spent over $2000 without having the noise resolved. After visiting the team at AusMech I was delighted to be greeted with a friendly, funny and very helpful lady called Kass. The team had a look at my car and shortly after confirmed their initial verbal diagnosis. Parts were ordered and shortly after fitted. My car was returned to me after having been washed and vacuumed and with the noise GONE! Finally I can enjoy my car again. I will definitely be coming back for any future jobs and highly recommending anyone who is looking for honest reliable service to go here. Just wanted to give Aussie Mechanical a shout out for the A+ service they have shown since ive started taking my ute to their workshop. The car always feels amazing after getting it back from them, the pricing for everything has always been very reasonable and they have gone above and beyond to look after me with their service and flexibility multiple times, even to the point where another customer hadn't brought in the courtesy car I was supposed to be using for the day so the workshop manager lent me his own work vehicle so i could still get to and from work for the day. We recently purchased a second hand car for our teen, I was nervous at the prospect of unforeseen issues that may arise. Matt and his team were amazing to deal with, made everything a breeze, a slight issue came up with the car initially but Australian Mechanical sorted it out instantly greeting us with lovely staff who were more than accommodating not only with a loan car but with a welcoming demeanor and nothing was too much trouble. Although Australian Mechanical is on the other side of town I will not hesitate to take our cars over there because of how accommodating and friendly the team are. Truly refreshing to get that kind of service.

we came 4 times for an engine oil leak, we lost a lot of time and thousands of dollars. They repaired the engine oil leak incorrectly the first time, they took it back from us free of charge to repair their mistakes. we came a third time for the same problem. They told us that they were going to do a complete check-up to verify that there are no engine oil leaks anywhere. 10 days after picking up the car, it leaked engine oil again. They may be very nice but they are incompetent, our car still has the same problem 1 month and a half after seeing them and after losing thousands of dollars. It’s lamentable, really. we are going to see another garage to resolve our problem because we no longer have trust in them.

Great experience with this Australian Mechanical. Firstly I was provided with a thorough mechanical inspection of my vehicle (free of charge because they couldn't carry out repairs straight away as planned due to staff illness, they were extemely apologetic). The team provided me with a detailed and affordable quote of all maintenance required. Once booked in the team gave me a loan car whilst the maintenance was carried out and even offered to drop me off and pick me up at my work place if required. Throughout the whole process any issues found were promptly communicated to me over the phone and upon work completion I was given a thorough debrief of all work carried out. The staff at Australian Mechanical are extremely polite and will go out of their way to help their customers to ensure their needs are met. Most importantly the team took the time to source the correct aftermarket replacement parts and my vehicle hasn't skipped a beat since.
