Brought my car in for a much needed service for the first time. They are very easy going and professional going out of their way to show me what they were going to to do and why. I’ve been to many mechanics in the past and Andres is by far the most thorough and detailed. Will definitely be coming back for all future work!

Took my x5 bmw to them. Amazing work. The car drives better then new now. There was a lot to be done to the car and he fixed it without giving up on the car as the previous mechanic did everything wrong to it. Highly recommended for any makes and models. And reasonable pricing too.

My Mitsubishi Lancer was overheating and was leaking water, so I called Andre Automotive and they were happy to take me in and fix the issue in hand. The result was a crack radiator which they replaced with a brand new radiator, pressure test to make sure it was all good, and also replaced my windshield wipers and my brake pedal rubber. These guy are awesome, kind and 100% genuine and would highly recommend anyone to visit the guys at Andre Automotive. Thank you again you put a smile on my face. ???

So incredibly friendly from the moment I stepped out of my car. I was nervous as this was my first experience of a mechanic in Australia and had barely a clue on what to do to get my car's rego sorted. Andre and his team did a great and job. I had ran out of all options as all other mechanics were busy and they had saved me as they had gotten me in on such short notice. don’t use this place, the reason all their reviews are great is because they ask customers to review them. got charged an extra $50 when both my dad and step dad were told a different price. Told me i needed a full major service to find out what was wrong. But still the issue occurred. claimed they test drove it which is fine but obviously didn’t use diagnostic scanner as another mechanic did and found the issue in minutes. Even said this mechanic sounded dodgy and tried to rip me off as no way a full service was needed. wont be coming back and will be telling all my family and friends who come here not to either edit— you can literally see in the way i am spoken to in the below comment the disrespect they have for their customers. “like a 7 year old” “why are you still crying” just because you don’t get the review you want. maybe if you ran a reputable business it would be fine. Instead of taking advantage of me seemingly being a young female thinking you can overcharge me. there is absolutely no viable explanation of where this extra $50 i was charged would’ve come from. no wonder i refused and left because your business is a joke.

I have been looking for a trustworthy mechanic all my life. I tried searching online and read their reviews, curiosity struck me and gave them a chance. Voila! As soon as they receive me, from a simple inquiry they have done - Major service - tyre rotation and balancing - wheel alignment - pink slip - wipers - battery They even fixed my loose front bumper I haven’t seen a very efficient workshop not to mention their cleanliness, professional shop. I have had a great experience so far @ Andre Automotive. - It is extremely easy to make a booking online. - Friendly, experienced Mechanics & staff. - They do a thorough inspection of your car if it is your first visit and show you any thing that may require attention mechanically which i appreciate very much. So far I have completed a minor service, brake pads replaced, new set of tyres and radiator replaced @ Andre Automotive and i am extremely happy with the work they carried out. Came for a pink slip without booking. Very thorough inspection without mocking around. Had the faulty globes replaced even found my engine has no oil. He even the unsafe battery which was fixed without cost. Truly a gem in the west!

Had an emergency with my vehicle. I brought it to Andre’s automotive to be looked at. I didn’t have to wait and someone came to my aid straight away! The problem was identified fairly quickly and recognised that it was a battery issue. They had batteries on standby so the battery was replaced and further tests were conducted to my vehicle just to make sure there wasn’t any more problems. I would recommend Andre’s automotive to any customer as they provide a good and quality service. Thank you!

Best mechanic in Mt Druitt for all your needs, workshop was super clean. I took my motorbike in for a blue slip and full ID check. Another business in the area said it was too hard but not Andre Automotive, they got my ID check and blueslip done on my 32yr old unregistered motorbike, very trustworthy reliable people, A+.

My car had broken down 2 days ago due to a dislocated suspension spring caused by a pothole. Messaged and asked if I could bring my car in yesterday, to have it looked at (I drive a lot for work). They described the repairs and I thought it would be a couple days of work. But immediately my car got taken care of and prioritised. The repair prices were fair and got my car back by yesterday afternoon 6 hours after I dropped it off. Really impressed with their service.

Walked in for a Pink Slip, mechanic was forward and honest about what he needed to fix, and what the car required to be made road worthy. Discussed pricing and explained everything very clearly before asking for my decision. Not my usual mechanic, but besides needing to pay a little more than I expected, I am very happy with my experience. :)

During a recent visit for a vehicle inspection, I was informed that having their sticker on my car would grant me priority car service. However, when I visited the shop today and attempted to speak with the staff, including Andre, I did not receive the expected level of attention or service. I waited for few minutes and left for some other shop.

Found this place through i would say, luck. I have a Mazda BT50 2017 model got defected for the rack boot and non compliant bull bar, The Handsome Mechanic did not only help me clear this but he was also able to replace my front pads and disk with tie rod even the LED conversion Were done in no time. A friends mum told me about the handsome mechanic at Mt druitt as I needed a pink slip for my LPG car I was well looked after, as they also checked all fluids replaced wiper blades and also found that we had a lose battery terminal they fixed that issue as well and the customer service was better than average. Did a service there and they gave a free clean up for engine area. Looks shiny and impressive. Definitely make my car easier to sell. (Though it was quite greasy and collected dust, but could be easily fixed by grease remover. ) The downside is that they feel a bit cooperate/cold and the boss was a bit impatient when I ask more questions related to technical details. As a weekend warrior I seek chances to learn from experts. Obviously the boss didn’t have much time. I understand, they are not running charity. I’ve visited two shops near by (looks older and very few reviews by google map), when i talked to the person there i could feel that they are not in-rush and quite sincere. Very different vibe. That reminds me how people compare Sydney to Melbourne and say that Sydney people are too in rush and cold. Well, not everyone!
