Serviced my mother’s car thoroughly and seem to be good people ??

My family recently moved to Gosford from sydney. We have a new born and was busy with our first baby. Took my prado for a pink slip, spent couple of hours checkin the car and informed me later that some sort of hose needs a replacement to get it pass, i was agreed and asked mechanic to go ahead then he promised to get the part done after two days no phone call and i call them and realized that he couldnt order the parts for my car, all the mechanic shops are closing due to holiday season and i have a new born and this is our only vehicle to travel around. This is a worst customer service and i am disgusted about this work shop. They even charge me $42 i have pictures and receipts to prove this and will definitely take this to upper level. Places like this shouldnt be in a business at all.

Not happy AT ALL. I had a service booked in for 2pm. Was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. Went for for a walk with my daughter and baby granddaughter. An hour and a bit later I called to see how things were going, to find out that they not even started it and wasn’t starting for another 10-15 minutes. They said to me..we don’t start straight away and i said…I know that. But I don’t expect it be an hour before it’s started. Not acceptable. Would have been nice for them to let me know they were busy and it would take longer than expected. Didnt get the service done, picked up my car. NEVER GOING BACK !!!!

Great service, friendly staff and this is my 4th service with them and i can truly say that they are always on time. Will definitely recommend them

Shane & Marissa are fantastic to deal with. They make you feel like part of their family during visits and always explain anything I don't understand. My services are usually the same price every 6 months, if there is something extra needed they always contact me to advise a new price before proceeding with any work. And the car is ready at the time they give me when I drop it off. I highly recommend their business.

Midas is great, they do clean high quality work are charge way less than other mechanics. I went to midas for a second opinion on a quote I got from a nearby mechanic and Midas did the work for less than half their competitor. I don't even consider going elsewhere.

I continue to use Midas Gosford because I'm more than satisfied with the consistent level and value of service. Shane and Mary run a good operation.

I was really impressed by the service at Midas Gosford. I called them at about 8.10am to enquire regarding a new battery as mine was on its last legs. They said to come in straight away which I did and I was back at work by 8.45am with a new battery. The customer service was excellent and they were really friendly. I was told recently when my car was in for a service that i needed new front tyres soon ( Service was still under warranty an the car was serviced at the dealership). I asked the guy to have a quick look while I was there and they advised that I still have about 10 thousand kilometres left on the tyres. I really appreciated their honesty and I will definitely be going back to Midas for my tyres when I need them. Very happy new customer

The last few years they have show to be really reliable honest and friendly. Ive always had a great experience deal with this family run business. When you find someone that looks after you well there no point in going anywhere else.

We spent 1k on service and came a week later asking for a screw driver to remove the plate and they said no they are busy. They were too lazy to get 1 screw driver for us. Rude and awful service. We didn't even ask him to remove it.

They gave us appointment at 8:30am for car service. Waited till 11:30, nothing happened. Waste of people’s time. Very disappointed.

I was charged over $3000,00 for a drive chain job that was not even half done, unbelievable! I had the job looked at by another mechanic and I was told I was firstly grossly over charged and based on the invoice the job was not even half done. I now have to pay another $3000.00 to have the job down properly.

Awesome job. Always very friendly and very helpful staff. Gives quotes before starting the job so you don’t get any of the nasty surprises other mechanics do. They just go above and beyond all other mechanics. Highly recommend getting your vehicle needs done here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This guy and his wife are crooks. I paid $4700 for major service of 2 cars. Shocking he hardly changed any parts but claimed he did. Took the cars to another place only to find out nothing had been done. He is so arrogant, all they know is misleading customers to believe there’re good people ????
