They were able to do the puncture repair straight away. The wheel was cleaned and put back on the car for me. They were very helpful in getting me back on the road as quickly as possible.

I booked my vehicle for a service, when picking up the vehicle I noticed the engine tray hanging, I went back and asked to have it fixed so it is not hanging. The reply I got was that it was damaged. Rapidtune did not attempt to rectify this issue at all, they just left it hanging. Poor service and poor attention to detail. A simple bolt and washer or even cable tie would have fixed that issue, better than a hanging engine tray...

Mark and his team were very helpful in putting new set of tyres and doing wheel alignment for my Prado. Competitive price, highly recommended. Keep it up!

Awesome service!! Had an issue with my 4wd so I dropped into see if they could have a look at it. They did a full look over straight away for me and found the issue within minutes. Very kind people and they helped me out massively.

The boys at Rapid Tune were unbelievable for me. My car was in all sorts, they let me bring it early in the morning, gave it a service and a bit of TLC. I could not be happier with my service!! I rang the boys on Tuesday about my car being overdue for a service and not only did the shop manager make time the NEXT day. He helped me every step of the way, he gave me a very thorough service and fixed so many serious issues, he offered me a choice on what was urgent and what wasn’t. Then went above and beyond to make it as affordable as possible!! Which I appreciated so much. Then on top of all this fixed my brakes, service, spark plugs, coolant, fuel filters etc etc by the end of the same day. My car feels like a new car! I am so grateful for the whole team and their incredible service and will be back ????????

I had a situation where my 2006 ford focus has a number of issues and was at the point of thinking the car might be worth replacing. Luckily Jordan and the team were able to quote me for all the repairs and get the car fixed up to a solid and safe condition. The work was good value for money considering how much was done to the car and looking back I’m glad I had the work done rather than replacing the car as I have peace of mind knowing everything has been checked and has plenty of kms ahead! Very good experience here. Had issues with my car and needed a general service which turned out to be more costly than expected, but nessasary. However was well looked after by Jordan and recieved a discount on the total price. Also very quick turn around on the job which I was hoping for. The team are all friendly and proffesional so I recommend the service provided.

Absolute guns at the Rapid Tune in Williamstown! Needed my car to be looked at urgently and they went out of their way to make room in their schedule to look at my car that day. Can’t rate these guys highly enough! I rang for advice after another mechanic had said I needed a whole new transmission, would have been very easy for them to agree and just take the money. But they were nothing put honest and transparent through the whole thing! Then when I had issues the following week (nothing to do with their work) and called them, they told me to bring it straight in and they would sort it for me. I got a screw in my tyre. I phone rapid tune at 12:30 on a Saturday, half an hour before they close for the day. Crystal on admin answered my call and I explained my situation, she said she will talk to her manager Jordan and he will contact me back in two minutes. No joke, in two minutes he phoned me back and said I can bring the car down. His mechanics had it fixed before 1pm. This is what I like to call a perfect experience. What a shame that the maximum number of stars you can give is 5 because I would give more. Well done rapid tune.

I took an early morning flight to Melbourne and went straight into work. I had an extremely busy, long, stressful, tiring day and as I’m leaving work I notice that my tyre was flat. It was 5pm and I was stressed thinking how will I get home. I search for mechanics and decide to go to Rapid Tune for the first time. I was greeted by the owner Jordan who was kind and pleasant and an absolute gem of a bloke! He told me what the issue was with the tyre and was fully transparent and even though it was late in the day, he took really good care of me. I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics in the past so it was truly a breathe of fresh air to meet Jordan and how down to earth and transparent he is. Went and got a wheel alignment done at typower this morning to make the steering wheel straight they did make it better but not a 100%, I went back to them and said it's still not straight, the owner took it for a drive and said no give it a few weeks and it will get better. I rang up rapid tune and spoke to the owner Jordan, he said that doesn't make any sense, he asked me to take it to them to adjust the toe and within 5 minutes the steering was adjusted, I went to pay and Jordan said no don't worry about it he refused to take money for it.
