They actually did a thorough inspection and diagnosed issues that other mechanics had missed. Their prices were fair and their work was quality. Friendly staff also. Would recommend to everyone.

Had a full log book service plus had broken part fixed, new to the area I went to the midland store, first time not using Holden to fix car, I was told and shown what was wrong and how much to fix it, the staff said they were flat out busy but still spent the time answering my questions, I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs there car fixed, will be going back for all my cars needs thanks guys outstanding job.

I book an appointment for a simple service, but the mechanic wanted to look for more to repair than what we came for without even asking. When we came back to check on our car (as it was taking a long time for just a service) we saw our car without the 4 wheels for no reason. When we told them that we just came for a service the guy started to get mad and be agressif. He also wanted to charge us more money. We finally managed to get the service done for the right price (even though we lost time).

The man named Daniel from here is really nice and trustworthy. I went to AutoBahn down the road and they gave me a quote but the man there felt a bit off and shady. I’d seen Daniel at Midas before for something else so I went back to him and when I asked him he quoted me a couple hundred dollars less! (Ended up getting the job done there). I feel like Midas Midland won’t rip you off just because you’re female and they’re very polite. Won’t use anyone else now!

This lot are the loveliest and most efficient people I’ve ever been to! Absolute legends! Prices were great and I’ll never service anywhere else!

12 months ago I would of recommend Midas Midland Trevor or Matt where awesome i would of given them a 5 star. Now I am not happy with the service. Below is a photo of my cabin filter changed apparently just over 6 months ago part of my log book service. I changed it out a few weeks ago as the air system started to smell, BTW the filter is 10 years old. Sub standard oil was used for the service, I checked the oil and it looked clean after 6 months means cheap oil like Gulf Western was used. I drive a performance vehicle and you can tell when your car runs rough. Also question there recommended jobs for your next service like changing break pads etc add on's add up $$$$

I found the service with Midas above expectations, they really did a good job on communicating issues with my car and the expectations before i did any work. I was a little hesitant at first because it's not an indie shop but i was plesently surprised when they called me up and let me know that my car was delayed for work done to it from incorrect parts ordered but promptly fixed a few hours later. While the cost is not exactly the cheapest around ( not that it's overpriced either ) i think its sufficient to say that it deserves a 5 star rating from me, sometimes paying the extra few dollars is worth it and so far i feel that way. If i have any issues with the repair on my car i will update this post.

Have been using them for years until recently always recommended them. Last 3 services, workmanship has been dodgy, recently didn't even install hoses correctly, just say bring back. Excuses of having to use agency mechanics. My family and our 4 cars aren't returning.

Rang & queried something as I was under the impression it was another price? When you are paying for a service “ it isn’t a favour” won’t return with how this company speaks to customers over the phone & rude and abrupt.

Mike & the team are fantastic! As a young woman (who knows nothing about cars), it can be really difficult to trust mechanics, but Mike was non-judgemental, honest and explained things in a way I could understand which made me feel at ease! I had to come in again 2 weeks later for an unrelated issue, Mike managed to get everything sorted on the same day and again provided incredible customer service. I live in the southern suburbs and will always come back to Midas! Thanks so much Mike and the team!!

WOW!! great customer service, very detailed in what was required on top of the usual service, very satisfied with his explanation of the extra work that was done. I have had all my vehicles (new and used) serviced and repaired by midas for the past 12 years. On a trip recently from the country to Midal the front drive shaft on my vehicle collapsed. It was around 2pm when this happened. I rang Mike at Midas in Midland and we arranged for the vehicle to be towed to Midas. Mike arranged for the parts to be delivered and he replaced both drive shafts the next morning. The repairs were completed by 12noon in time for me to return home, Thanks Mike friendly and excellent service. Typica Midas service reliable on time and value for money. My sister was not happy with her dealer sevices so I introduced her to Midas in Midland. She now swears by Midas. Keep up the high standards and service Mike. Phillip Kirkpatrick

I had my first experience at Midas Midland today and was very impressed with the honesty from Mike and his team. My previous mechanic located in Midland had failed to pick up a serious issue with my vehicle. I contacted Midas by phone to replace part of my suspension and this quote was considerably lower than my old mechanics. Upon exanimation the issues with my car were far more serious than expected Midland Midas did not attempt to waste my money to do minor repairs but up front with a solution. Thank you for your honesty and i will definitely be recommending family and friend to you for all their vehicle issues.
