Had horrible experience,bought 3 service vouchers from Rapid Tunes with friends both of them used Williamstown one and was really happy and wasnt out of pocket.I went to sunshine one had to pay 79 dollars another extra for a 15 year old cars oil,came home horrible noise,called back they said air filter was so dirty thats why they didnt put it back?I asked if they quickly air blow and put it back in,Owner said no.I paid more all this money and they cant even air blow an air filter???,I feel robed!!!

It was a great experience at Rapid Tune . I went to get my tyre fixed after looking at my car the service manager said he will charge $39 I agreed to pay then he comes back after few minutes and says the nail in the tyre is been taken out and there was no puncture so he filled the air in the tyre and returned my car without charging. Such a loyal person he could have taken the money but was very honest.Such a great person in today’s world , great service .

I had the best experience with Rapid Tunes. I recently went to get my car serviced and had problems with my transmission. It was very confusing to me at first but Lei who I met when I serviced my car, explained the situation with my car exceptionally! Usually I am hesitant with mechanics but Lei and Gary were very friendly and trustworthy to bring my car for a service. Thank you Lei and Rapid Tunes! Will definitely be my main mechanic I will go to and my family as well.

I took my Car to ford for them to see why it would not start and it was sitting there for 4 weeks and then they said I had the pay $4600 for a new Injector pump. I phoned daryl and he asked me to get my car towed to his work shop. When he received my car within 5 minutes he knew what was wrong with it and No it was not the injector pump it was the petrol pump. Daryl was so professional and he knew what he was doing. I pick my Car up today and I am so happy with the work that Daryl done on my car and I saved a lot of money. Thank you Daryl for all your help and for keeping the price down. I will be bring my car to you from now on and recommending you to all my family and friends.

I got the voucher and came to one of the stores in Sunshine North. Got horrible service here. Didn’t get the right information like model type, body type, address and in the receipt said including washing vehicle. Didn’t get my car washed. Unfriendly and rude and racist asking me if I’m Chinese. Pay $199 but have to pay extra $102 instead of $49-79 as Its said in the certificate. Warning do not come there at all!!!! Don’t feel that I’m being taken care of, just wanna get money from you. Not worth the money at all. Never come back there. Pay totally $300 and make a complaint and the head office will not do anything about it. Losing money but lesson learned don’t trust the advertising even it’s good price.

I have done the Major cad servicing here paying almost $800…. Then car is making whirring & squeezing noise from everywhere… Have done it 2 days ago. Hope someone contacts me to discuss this. Is it because I refused to do all things on the quotation over $2,500?

Will never recommend this mechanic. They ate looting. Never going to compromise. No costumer service . Got 4000$ rwc quote for a car worth $8k. Atleast get their price before visiting

Had rear brakes done- $400. Not cheap. Said there was a rattle in the front end which they apparently fixed, was no such rattle on delivery prior to fixing

Originally, I wanted to get a major service done (log book service) I got a few quotes from other mechanics closer to home and they were very keen on booking me in to have the service done.(they wanted the money ofcourse) I came across Rapid Tune Sunshine on facebook and asked Lei for a quote for a log book service. Instead of quoting me and trying to book me in, he called me and recommended to have a basic service first and get a report of what my car ACTUALLY NEEDS instead of doing a log book service and do things that my car may not even need. My vehicle required immediate repair. Given the holiday season, it proved to be quite challenging to locate an available mechanic who could attend to my car before the year's end. As an area manager heavily reliant on my vehicle, I must admit that I was feeling rather stressed. Lei, the owner, was also overwhelmed with a backlog of 20 cars in need of repairs this week alone. However, not only did Lei offer to repair my car promptly, but he also went above and beyond by lending me his own personal vehicle so that I could continue carrying out my job responsibilities. The level of service provided was truly extraordinary and exceptionally genuine. It is not every day that one encounters such exceptional service. Lei and his team are seriously the most honest, quick, loyal and great mechanics. As a female, I've struggled to find an honest mechanic who can actually fix my car without me having any issues. Not only does Lei and the team fix it perfectly, but they explain what the issue is, in plain English (for us people who aren't car-savvy) ???? but honestly I've never been happier. I'm also a driving instructor and they ALWAYS make sure my car is 100%, for my learners and myself to be in. Super glad to have brilliant people that do the job well. We recently chose to have our car undergo a 120k major service at this establishment. As part of the service, they replaced the spark plugs. However, shortly after receiving the car back, we noticed that the car was vibrating a lot while driving (which never happened before) and there were misfiring issues. We returned to the store and Lei mentioned that he “forgot” to mention that he had replaced the spark plugs and that this was a “common issue” which would gradually go away over time. We knew this was not the right resolution and requested that they rectify the problem. It was later confirmed that the spark plugs were indeed faulty. We were puzzled as to how they could declare it a common issue without even conducting a test drive. Had they conducted a test drive, they would have immediately known that there was an issue with the car. Overall, we were disappointed with the service provided as it wasted our entire weekend. We have decided not to return to this establishment in the future. We suggest focusing on improving basic services rather than promoting additional add-on services.
