I need to replace my car's head light globe. I tried to my dealership and they are very busy and can't fit one globe at the moment and it will cost me around $60 for fitment, i have called "My Car" where i used to service my other car and repairs and they said it will cost me $30 for one globe fitment but they are busy too. I went Rapid Tune Strathpine randomly to check if they an f because can't drive my car with one bulb. One the mechanic Jack was there and he see my car and realise my situation as i can't drive my car with one bulb. He was spot on and fit that globe, it tooks 5 to 7 minutes for him. When i asked for the payment he said don't need to. Jack , you are great mechanic with helping nature and from now on you will be my permanent Mechanic for my cars. Thank you for helping me out. Do NOT trust this company!!! They stamped my 80k milage logbook service but the service was NOT done (and on top they blamed the previous owner for it). I bought the car thinking everything had been done only to get back to Rapid Tune, 10k later, to know the previous service hadn't been done!!! I'm glad the engine's belt didn't brake on me out of the "sudden". If you ever buy a car with services done at this place, be CAREFUL, check invoices! Apart from this, the reception women was super rude as I asked for some explanation.

Took car in for service, was meant to do engine oil,filter,brake flush. Went to pick up car, they didn’t fill out the service book, didn’t put a service sticker on the windscreen, didn’t flush the brakes, didn’t reset the service light. Then told I had to pay extra for “10 litres” of brake fluid lol. Stay away, the lady that quoted me then told an employee that she didn’t stipulate the brakes needed doing and to charge more! Very dishonest!

My sister and I handed in her car at 8am and walked back to the shop at 12pm to see the store closed with my sisters car no where in sight. We thought that they were on a test drive as they haven’t called and they close at 1pm but after an hour, of waiting in the heat we had enough. We left notes. There was a car there too but no one in sight as well as my sisters car. All of our belongings are in the car and now we have nothing but our phones! We are not happy one bit! Very Angry! This place doesn’t even deserve a half of a star.

Car broke down and we were told the fuel injectors all needed replacing at a cost of almost $3000. All seemed a little off so we took it elsewhere for a second opinion. The problem was a sensor costing $100. Would NOT recommend rapidtune.

I booked in my car over the phone for a log book service- they were very friendly and got me in at a time that suited me best. I was advised my car needed a few things done, however the receptionist was very empathetic and understood upfront payment is complex. I ended up paying partial afterpay and eftpos. The mechanic advised I need 2 new tyres also. I rang around for some quotes at other tyre places. However, when I picked my car up from the service they offered to do my tyres at a substantially lower price. Overall very happy with the service and quality care. Will definitely be staying with this business!

My partner popped in last minute on the Friday before new years of all days for an emergency tyre repair and Daniel was beyond helpful. Quickly squeezed us in and got him out the door in just a few minutes. A+ service, will be a customer for life

Called in to get tyres checked and ask some questions, the folks there added a spare tyre bolt, checked tyre pressures and added air to the rear airbags for towing. No charge. Legends.

Went into the store seeking 4 new tyres, the price was affordable and the customer service was great! Shout out to Dan who was able to make the experience of booking and getting the job done easy and stress free.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at rapid tune. They were professional and got the jobs done quick and done right. Also the manager that is there "Amanda" could not have been any more helpful not only did she make sure I was informed about any and all things when they were going over my vehicle but she made sure to talk to me about quots and where we could use cheaper parts. The service alone from her and the clear knowledge also being able to explain everything to me in words I could understand was above and beyond. These guys are the best mechanics I have ever been too. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars they explained everything thoroughly and gave me cost break downs. The perfect place to go to if you don't want to be ripped off by a mechanic! Amanda and Daniel, (two people I had the pleasure of talking to on the phone) are incredibly helpful and kind.

I can not rave about these guys enough! I called them frantically on Saturday as my car was losing it, they were able to fit me in and get my car done on the same day. Dan was so nice and would call me to explain what was wrong and what it would cost before they proceeded. I am so thankful for Dan and the team at Rapid Tune.

As a young driver with not a lot of car experience the team explained things clearly to me so I could understand. They picked up on issues that other mechanics haven’t in the passed which was super handy. They priced really well for their services which I was super happy about. I had my kia sorento service this morning basic service in the service details it says all liquid are been top up. My coolant and my reservoir is empty. Good thing my son double check it. Which is the reason i booked my car because we have a pong drive on twh following day then suddenly my coolant reservoir is empty and in my radiator not even much. Very disappointed bad service not even checking if everything is done properly.

I really appreciated the service I received from Rapid Tune Strathpine. I'm not a big car guy, and don't know too much about them..but these guys explained everything about what was important and what's not. Even though they were very busy, they had fit me in on short notice and got all the work done on the same day. They were even apolgetic for having taken longer than usual. You can't beat service like that! I'll be back!

I took my car in a while back to these guys, I have a diesel 4WD. The service I felt was under although they said all fluids were topped but the water in the window washer was empty not sure if other fluids were actually topped up Or not. The oil looked like it was not changed, I barely drove and checked it the next day. Anyway despite my experience I took the car back and they wanted to charge me double for a basic oil and filter service. I had called other branches and they priced me less than half what these guys were trying to charge me with those stupid loyalty cards and which say free service. Anyway I wouldn’t go back here again and yeah I would definitely get a second opinion/price.

Exceptional service! This review might be a bit lengthy because I’ve got a lot of good things to say… I have a tough time trusting mechanics and don’t know a lot about cars so it’s always a stress for me to bring my car in to get serviced. The issues raised to me about my car by the team at Rapid Tune were clearly explained to me and upon doing my own research it checked out and made sense (which never happens for me). Dan and the team made it very easy for me to trust them and my car also felt like it was new upon driving it home (which again, doesn’t always happen) so they clearly know what they’re doing. Cannot recommend this place more! Fast, affordable, amazing service and they seem to really value their customer service even amongst it being flat out with business. You don’t get this kind of service often. Keep up the good work blokes! It’s golden work you’re doing????????

Took my car in for a service, brought it home only to find oil all over my driveway. They did give me degreaser to use to clean the oil off. Brought it back in and they were quick to fix the situation. However, my car has been running super loud and rough since. Changed the oil myself with the full synthetic oil that I paid them to use and lo and behold the car starts running well again. They insisted they put the correct oil in for both fills but have no record of even seeing my car a second time. Also just a heads up they wildly overcharge for oil and if they say you need a new battery just go buy one yourself. They quoted me $900 for a stop start battery when my car is not stop start. Got a really good quality battery suited to my car from Autobarn and the only cost me $300.

I first used these guys through a tyre fitting service tyroola, I was skeptical at first as I thought they wouldn't care too much as I didn't buy tyres from them. But as it turned out I was completely wrong. These guys were very professional and we connected quickly with our passion for cars. I then booked my ve Calais v in for a 150k log book service at the last minute plus an a/c repair. I could not be happier with their service. The young fella Jay was awesome. He kept in touch throughout the day with updates, and even did me a huge favour with the pricing on my a/c repair. What I love about these guys is that the people you talk with are the guys working on your car. They are not just reading notes from their Mechanic. Awesome service on the car, awesome customer service. These guys actually love their job. If they had a coffee machine they'd find it hard to get rid of me, lol. I could talk cars all day. I highly recommend Rapid Tune Strathpine. These guys won't let you down. Huge shout out to Jay and Dan, thanks guys!!!!
