I love this business, for me they look after my Car to a high standard but also provide a free loan Car to use. Never in my life have l had this. Good prices, friendly and informative service. honestly, you can't go wrong.

Highly recommend the team at Rapid Tune. I had a bit of a 'damsel in distress' moment this morning, Ben and the team were more then accommodating and worked on the car (with out it being booked in, just a walk in), and had it done all within one day. I was notified of every part of the process until it was ready to pick up. Thank you heaps again Rapid Tune Team.

Absolutely impressed with the service I received. Though there are a couple of things that couldn't be done in the time frame, and the downside of having a 30yo car, the team did a fantastic job at repairing my old boy. Went in for a jammed window. Came out with practically a new machine. I was kept informed the whole way through the three day service for such a big job, and was even allowed to have someone pay remotely for me when the computers went down and the banks were all closed. Definitely recommend. Will definitely frequent. Thank you so much for your help and assistance.

Ben and Jerome and wonderful. This is a great place which delivers fantastic and diligent service and their cost are extremely reasonable. They checked my car checking for a problem and spend alot of time on it. They did not end up charging me but instead referred me to a specialised service. These guys are honest and professional

I was satisfied with how Ben and crew tackled the wrong fuel problem I took to their shop. It was a challenge but they did their very best and assured us when reporting. The loan car was very handy in this situation and the car delivery was also a very welcome extra step to helping us out. I've recommended Rapid Tune to my mates and will continue to have them handle my car in the future.

My husband was starting to get frustrated to find a good mechanic that do a good job and doesn't ripped us off. We have been taking our cars to other mechanics to fix the aircon, Merc E320 aircon works fine only less than a year. One time husband went to bunnings and spotted the Rapid Tune so he went and talk to the guy (sorry,he can't remember his name now) then we drop off the car and picked-up the next day and aircons works like a charm. They found out that aircon compressor was faulty, they take their time to find what is the problem and fix it. Whilst the other mechanic just do re-gas and that's it. Second car is our Lexus SUV V8, before we found Rapid Tune we took it to a mechanic in Bald Hill Rd for re-gas but they we have been informed that our car aircon has a leak so we starting to get stress again. Then we took it to Rapid Tune to get it fixed and they checked the car and call my husband to tell that there is no leak. They did a re-gas only and aircon now works fine. Absolutely awesome team at Rapid Tune!!! My first experience with these guys and I cannot recommend them enough. Ben at the front desk is such a genuine, cheerful bloke. They, bless their hearts, squeezed me in to their last time slot on a Friday afternoon and all really take pride in their work. Appreciate the transparency and genuine care taken to service my car. Do not give your car to them unless you want them to destroy your car and create more problems in it so you keep going back to them and they can just fix one problem at a time and charge x10. They have no experience. Most of the workers here are apprentice mechanics who are new to this field and they stuff up your car and play around like it's a toy. I have a feeling they take parts out of the car and replace them with old ones as my car didn’t have any issues before I gave them to service and after they serviced my car so many issues started and I paid them over $1800 for the whole service and nothing was fixed. They just lie and say oh it’s a common problem etc without trying to fix it! They blame it on other stuff and trying to cover their mistakes. You are a mechanic for a reason! If you can’t do a honest job you won’t exist in this industry for long!

We’ve been there 3 times within the past month as we bought an old car with all sorts of problems. Ben has been super helpful and always tried to fit us in. Great communication and service. I totally understood the problems after Ben’s explanations. Very reasonable price. Will go back if I need anything for my cars.

Ben and the team at rapid tune Pakenham are always nothing but professional and willing to help out. Communication is always timely, they are very transparent about what needs doing, they won't do anything without discussing it and on many occasions we have worked out a nice work schedule for when my service was going to be more than I can afford on one hit. I don't think I'd get my car services anywhere else!

My car was recently serviced at Rapid Tunes as I had faced quite a few problems. Not only the car serviced to my satisfaction, the customer service was excellent. Jighly Reccomend! Ben has been looking out for our cars for a while now. Always courteous and helpful. Long story short, our cars are Well looked after, never pushes things that don't need fixing straight away and always gives a heads up on what might need to be attended to next visit.

Even though at the end we got what we needed, but it was not a pleasant experience. Worst part was, tried to get the seat belt fixed as a part of requirement of RWC, was promised will be done in few hours. Waited for it on a Saturday until mid day and was told they were unable to get it fitted. And my partner had to take another day off to bring the car back in. the job only took 15-30 min, but he was waited for good 4 hours.

Only go here if your standards are really low and you consider this to be acceptable from brand new disks they supplied and installed after bringing it back 4 times for a bad grinding noise. But apparently that damage to the outer disk "is just paint". Optical illusion 100. EDIT* If you think this is a "small" issue then I made the right choice to never bring my car back to you. I did move on, to another mechanic, one I paid to fix your poor workmanship properly. If you can't tell the difference between anti corrosion paint and missing steel you have bigger problems than a bad review ????‍♂️

I have always had great service from Ben and his team of mechanics. They have been accommodating in getting me booked in and fixed any issues that I have had with my car. They have also shown me the worn parts that have been replaced on occasion. They always ring and confirm any work that is required before going ahead and doing it. When working to a budget Ben tells us if something can wait until the next service to be done.

Great team. Squeezed me in at short notice. Identifies that an issue I had been advised of by others was, in fact, not issue at all Great service. Open and upfront. Awesome.

Important, I had a bad experience there (3) when asking to check my air conditioning! Each time I returned the car they said: =Tested and good to Go! But, NO, when I returned the 3 time, and got the " Good to Go", 3 days later, Still warm air!!! Also, I had to wait an extra week, because they wanted the Head mechanic to fix the air-conditioning problem. But no result.???? Few weeks later I booked in with another repair shop and the problem was found immediately and is still cooling nicely!! GOOD TO GO as they say! And when I asked to adjust my handbrake: Oh, sorry, it was not done. (on 2 occasions) Overall, friendly people.

Having a bad experience in the past with my car service, I decided to try out Rapid Tunes at Pakenham. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. My car was serviced to my complete satisfaction and the price charged made my very happy that I went to this company . Not only the service provided was great but the staff are very courteous, helpful and patient.

Got our car serviced here and the team were fantastic! After the service, our brakes were still making a bit of noise. Jerome was a pleasure to do business with and was happy to have one of the guys do a test drive with us to identify the issue. After that, all was amended. Being a Friday night, I thought we’d be rushed off but the time and care taken by everyone here was amazing and much appreciated. 100% recommend Rapid Tune Pakenham!
