The guys at Rapid tune Langwarrin were so friendly and helpful. On very short notice on a 32 degree day, I came with a punctured tyre. I was seen to straight away, spare put on and told to come back in a few hours,so efficient!The guys here are friendly and the service was great. Thanks team at rapid tune,I will most definitely recommend your services.

I highly recommend the team at Rapid Tune Automotive Services after an excellent experience. I desperately, and urgently needed my flat tyre repaired, and despite the time of them being busy, they helped me out promptly. They are professional, thorough, willing to go the extra mile and have superb customer service. They are honest, helpful, work to a very high standard of proficiency and have certainly gained a new regular customer in me.

Went in for general service and air con service. Was on 2 weeks holidays from being a mechanic myself, and ran out of time to service my own car at work. Thought I was going to a reliable place until I was halfway up the black spur with an oil leak. After an hour of waiting around, and my first day of holidays ruined it was found out the the oil filter o ring was not fitted correctly. Then had to go out and get a new one and lost about a litre and a half of oil. It’s been 3 weeks now and no refund, and a complete stuff around trying to contact them to get one, so hopefully they will see this. Pretty appalled to be honest, and do not recommend at all.

Exceptional customer service, over and above the usual. One of my cars had an unknown issue, but Tim kept me in the loop all through the process, even when he had to be out of the shop for a few days, making sure I had a loan vehicle while the issue was dealt with. Very happy ?

I’m a new customer, my car was quite overdue for a service. The staff were lovely, did the service promptly, and called me as the breaks and tyres needed attention, which they completed also. Everything was very reasonably priced, friendly guys in the shop, good communication. Can recommend!

Just wanted to thank the guys at Rapid Tune Langwarrin - repaired my Aunty's Mitsubishi ASX puncture without charging (Tues 22 March) after my Uncle passed away. They were professional, timely and excellent - young guys running a great business with compassion. Definitely recommend.

My brakes have been squeaking , so I dropped in to ask the special young man at the desk whether he could fix them … He (Tim ) was so obliging and immediately came out to inspect my brakes. I could feel that he was honest and obliging , he said and showed me that the front brakes were okay but the back were down … they communicated well and stayed back a good half hour bc. I have been using Rapid Tune Langwarrin, for about 12 months now. I am actually a motor mechanic myself, but after a workplace injury, can no longer do my own vehicle repairs. During this time, I’ve very impressed with the level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail, that they have displayed. I have no problem in recommending them! I trained with Mercedes Benz, then went on to work with race teams, overseas, so have seen some of the best mechanics at work. Tim, and the team, are up there, great knowledge, but with very reasonable prices. They had no idea of my background, when I first went there, and were in no way dishonest, try to up sell, or suggest unnecessary things. If you are looking for what literally is, the old school, corner service station mechanics, with the personalised service to match, but all the new school knowledge, then look no further! Thank you, once again!

I've been a customer of Rapid Tune Langwarrin for only 8 months but can highly recommend their services. Having an issue with my Honda timing chain and Tim has been so helpful, open and honest about the problem. Today he actually showed me with a torch what the problem was with the cam cover off. I made an unannounced visit to request assistance with trim under front tyre coming loose. David quickly jumped into action, stopped what he was doing and fixed the issue on the spot. He was incredibly gracious and helpful and I definitely intend to use Rapid Tune again in the future. Highly recommend!

My left rear tyre was tested low pressure on our way to Enchanted Park, and didn’t go back to normal after I airing it. The staff help me check and gave suggestions that it was worn out and better be replaced. I got a spare one in the trunk and when I asked how much will it cost to replace the tyre, he said he can help me for free????Even though they were closing at 1pm and we didn’t make appointment. They changed the tyre in 5 mins, and we were good to go. Today is very hot and the tyre is so heavy. I would have no idea of how I can do with it, and it would have ruined our day. I really appreciated the help????????????????????????

Tim and his team were brilliant Repair left and right control arms. It was a big job! He was thorough and he worked long and hard to get the job done 2 year warranty on parts he said The price was a fraction of the Toyota dealership I will be getting all of my car care attended by rapid tune langwarrin from now on Can't thank Tim enough. The customer service and assistance was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and attended to the repair of our tyre regardless of the fact that they were swamped with work. Their aim was to get us back on the road. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Had a flat tyre and called in one night just b4 closing. Nice young guys said drop back tomorrow and they can help me out. I dropped my car there in the morning and they sorted the tyre straight away. I was surprised when they said no charge. Such a nice thing for them to do. I was so impressed and humbled by their kindness.

Absolutely terrible, avoid if you can. They will smile at you and sound very promising. Had my van with them for 3 weeks for RWC (!), Spoke to them about the urgency and booked with them for Monday 9 AM. They didn't touch my car untill 2 PM. Walked up to the mechanic to ask what he's done and he said he's been working on changing the fuel pump (first thing I asked as well as an AC service and pressure test). 2 mins later the manager comes up to me and tells me that everything has been done. I imagine they want to stay busy, but being dishonest about time or abilities is not the way to go. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My best friend and I were headed to the city from the Peninsula and encountered a flat tyre along the way. We stopped off to use the petrol's air hose and both of us had no idea what we were doing so luckily for us the owner Rino and his amazing staff came over to help us. Super friendly and helpful staff that made us feel comfortable and actually showed us what to do in these situations. Michael fixed the puncture on my tyre with no hassles. It is great to see service like this still being provided and we were so grateful as I had an important appointment to get to in the city. Thanks guys - Absolute legends!!!

Wow wow wow! I have never experienced such professional and compassionate service in my life! I called Rapid Tune from home with a flat tyre, unable to put the spare tyre on myself to get down there. Andrew offered to drive out to me and change it himself, taking the punctured tyre with him to get repaired. He arrived within 5 mins and had the spare tyre on in 15 with the puncture fixed within the hour - what a legend! And to top it off they did all of this free of charge! I honestly can’t thank you enough Andrew and Rapid Tune. Not only are they amazing at what they do but they really do go above and beyond for their customers. I’ve been using them for years and they continue to amaze me. Thank you so so much! I highly recommend these guys .. but that’s pretty obvious. ???? ???? ????

They didn't charge me to check it all out so I booked my car in for a well overdue service. Great service. Will definitely go back.

Went to rapid tune with no expectations. I asked for a very small job to be done if possible, and to my surprise the job was completed straight away and very well done. Great service to make my car roadworthy.

Very honest mechanic. I had a RWC done and they were professional in all their dealings with me. They booked me in quickly and explained what needed to be done to pass. I completed the required work myself and then re presented the car to pass the RWC.

Had a great experience having new tyres installed and the thermostat changed. Really appreciated the lift home after dropping my car off, unexpected and made my day. Great value for the service provided.

Timothy explained very clearly (and without any condescension) what was currently needed for my car service and which issues could be left until my next service. It was very reassuring to find a company that is truly honest and helpful. Highly recommend Rapid Tune Langwarrin to look after your car service.

Called rapid tune to get a quote on a replacement exhaust after running over a chunk of cement. Was told to come in and they’d take a quick look on the hoist to see what the damage was; within half an hour my issue was fixed and Tim had me back on the road. They’ve always been quick and straightforward, excellent service and reasonable prices

Scammers. Partners car went in for service. Nearly $2000 dollars later with no paperwork. When asked for a brake down of costing things like, headlight cleaner and things of the sort were added to the bill to make up the cost. To top it off, it went in for service as read brake light was out, got it back with light still out. Stay clear as I have heard from multiple people of similar issues.

Shout out to Rino who helped out this damsel in distress. I pulled into the servo to check the air in my tires only to discover a bolt in my tire, so needed to change the tire. Rino saw me struggling and came over and helped me out and even did a puncture repair for me!! A wonderful polite and respectful mechanic who explained everything to me and definitely went above and beyond. Thanks!!

Went in today, a bit embarrassed as I asked if someone could please explain to me how to check my car’s tyre pressure. One of the staff gladly and thoroughly explained to me how to do it. Very thankful and will definitely come back if I need anything done.

The guys fixed my punctured tyre. No charge!! Also answered several questions regarding my vehicle in enthusiastic terms. Great Stuff. Will be taking my car there in the future for all servicing and repairs.

Had daughters car in there to be fixed. Called later that day to collect. Went down there, car not ready. 3 days later collected car. not fixed. 2 weeks later same problem, car went in, a week later car not fixed. (at this point I understand sometimes its hit and miss and trying to isolate problems based on the most common). That said every time I call for an update, I get a different person telling me different things. Car goes in a third time. RACV indicate wiring was not reconnected properly, as battery light was coming on, and noted fuel hose not correctly re-attached, leaking fuel. Take it back again to fix the hose and battery, get home to steam and radiator hose not connected. Previous hose that was not attached properly- received bill to replace (including new hose) which has not been replaced, nor is it fixed. If what I can clearly see if not being properly fixed I can only imagine what I cannot see....

So upset about my experience with Rapid Tune Langwarrin. Firstly, late last year I brought my car in as it was making a rattling sound when driving at higher speeds, I was told it needed a transmission flush, this was completed and paid for. I noticed soon afterwards the sound was still there, early this year the sound started getting worse, I rang Rapid Tune to book in for a service and asked that when they do the service could they check the car again for free, as I don't think it was checked properly last time, as the sound is still there. I was told that would be fine, however later when I checked the invoice I was charged for a check over again! I was also informed that the issue is actually the drive shaft, and they will call me to book in to fix this, they never called me. So I called them and asked for a discount to fix this, they said I can discuss when I bring the car in. I decided to go see another mechanic instead, recommended on local Facebook pages, as something didn't feel right, well this other business had 2 mechanics check over my car completely and informed me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my drive shaft!!! It was the rear wheel bearings all along, they fixed the issue and I have had no more rattling sound. I then emailed Rapid Tune Langwarrin, to provide feedback and I also asked for a refund for the checks they did not complete properly, and I have had no reply and they have not provided a refund! I do not recommend this place and do not find it trustworthy. Very disappointing.

I've been bringing both of my cars here for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. The team really knows their stuff and is incredibly helpful. I trust them completely with my vehicles!
