I was concerned about an issue with my car (which I get serviced there regularly), and Scott and the team were great in fixing an issue for me, and then not charging me for it. Absolutely fantastic, you won't need another mechanic. Not only do they keep our newer car on the road, they also resurrected our classic 'Benz to the best she's ever been. I brought my 1985 380 SEC in for a laundry list of problems. I'd had other places refuse to take her as the 80's Benz's can be a handful to fix, but no such attitudes here! They did the spark plugs, power steering pump, the brakes, and the wonderfully complicated suspension, with Scotty the mechanic going above and beyond to keep her stock, but also feeling and working great. I could not be happier with his work. While everyone you'll meet there is amazing, special mention of the ever smiling Brad out the front, who kept up great communication with us, and has done a great job sourcing parts. Cannot recommend them enough.

never really had a problen when scott was running the place but with new management i went in for my regular service and a fuel filter change. upon leaving my car stalled several times especially during a uturn nearly causing an accident. turns out they didnt put the fuel filter on properly and it had caused no fuel to enter the combustion chamber thus not allowing the car to start. they were happy enough to fix it up once i finally made it back but when i got the car home it smelled strongly of diesel and my whole undercarriage is covered in diesel. sad to say i will not be returning there.

RapidTune exceeded my expectations with getting a roadworthy certificate for my 2008 Lexus GS300 which has seen 160,000km of Australian roads. RWC was honest and my beautiful car, which I had prided myself on its maintenance, had only one item (known to me before booking a RWC) picked up on. So with the front struts replaced, and roadworthy then completed by Matt, I was out with just the RWC and one hour labour to replace the front struts (parts provided by me). The lovely receptionist also provided help prior to the appointment in pointing me in the right direction for keeping my custom plates so the sales process was super smooth and straight forward. I 100% can vouch for their honesty so definitely recommend RapidTune Cranbourne as a place to go for roadworthy’s. Wow. Rapidtune Cranbourne guys were awesome. My aircon had died and I was told by another larger company that I would have a 3 week wait for an appointment. Not RapidTune! They dealt with my car straight away. 90 minutes later I was driving home in air conditioned comfort. I booked in later that week for a car service- they drove me home and picked me up- all with a smile. Highly recommend these guys and I will continue using them.

The Guys at Rapid Tune did a fantastic job servicing my car. I normally take my car to the dealership trust in them that they do a great job but these guys did a great job and they made me feel Welcome and friendly. And they didn’t cheaper and better than the dealership. Thanks guys

I did a RWC at RapidTune Cranbourne. Findings issues: Spot on ???? Costs: Decent. Much better than many out there. Communication: This is the part I felt it need an improvement. I totally get it that you are fully busy all the time. Overall, they seemed genuine and honest to me.

Have been using this great team at Cranbourne Rapidtune for a couple of years now, Scot, Brad & the guys always do a thorough job! My two teens have now got their own cars and I wouldn't send them anywhere else!

Scott and his team ( Rapid tune award winning) are very much customer focused. They have helped me out over the years. They are reasonable priced and do a fantastic job. I’ve always been satisfied with the work they have carried out on my vehicle(s). His team alway wash their customers cars after a service. They also have Afterpay, which helps with those unexpected repairs or just a service of a vehicle.

Any service we need done for our cars, or any concerns, we always take our cars to Scott and his staff. Always friendly and accomodating as well as cost efficient. It’s reassuring to have a mechanic that you can trust. Also handy that they have Afterpay for the unexpected repairs.

Took my car in with an undiagnosed engine issue. They promptly found and repaired the issues along with a full vicroads road worthy cert and service. My car is now running better than it ever has. Service was amazing, very friendly, all staff know their stuff. Very well priced for the amazing work they do. Will 100% be my new go to mechanic from now on. Thanks heaps to the team at cranny.

Make sure you double check the prices before doing business with these scammers. Management “hasn’t seen a roadworthy inspection for $250 in years” apparently. What an absolute joke these guys are, the lady at the reception was also very unprofessional as she was acting smart “because she’s been in the industry for years”. Plus four automotive in Dandenong prices… edit: The last thing I would do is leave my car with people who act like they know what they are doing. I rather professionals look at it thank you. Won’t be popping in anytime.

Needed a RWC to reregister my own car, hadn’t needed one for 40yrs, things had changed ????????‍♂️. Let’s just say my initial contact with the guys at Rapid Tune wasn’t great, due to the guy I was dealing with, and my lack of knowledge. But, I’m tellen ya, it got bloody better ????%. The dude I initially dealt with was no longer there my second visit. I was met by some huge dude who obviously has a vested interest in the business. The epitome of customer service, and willing to listen, negotiate, and compromise, so my needs were met, and his licence to administer road worthy’s was not endangered in any way. I was so bloody impressed, I think his name started with B ????. I can’t leave without mentioning the lovely ‘racer’, the lovely lady at reception. She had only been there a couple of weeks, but she was ACE, very thorough, polite, and engaging, a good get for the business. Just in case you want to speak to Mr ‘B’, Racer refers to him as a big cuddly bear ????

THE SHORT ANSWER IS FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET A R.W.C AND MECHANICAL REPAIRS. Took my minivan to get a R.W.C. They presented me with a list of repairs to be done, at a cost of $300 for this privilege. The vehicle is an import so getting parts wasn't as quick as I needed, forcing me to have to do another R.W.C. In there favour and only after my Google review, they did call me an opt to conduct a rewrite for $50 (which now looks as though they just wanted to waste my time and money) (My understanding of a rewrite having had them before is that they check over the things listed first time and if fixed write a R.W.C.) But this was not the case. They conducted a full second check with a new list of things to do. So, like a fool I complied and all things written the second time around were fixed. I presented the vehicle yet again only to be knocked back again. Now they're using a play on their words to not sign off on the second inspection. So far this vehicle has cost me about $3000 to fix and still requires more money spent (which I don't have) I'm on a fixed income and I'm now in debt and still without a vehicle. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR YOUR VEHICLES NEEDS... Had my clutch fixed here and they did a pretty good job, pretty happy with the price as i was quoted way higher at other places in which rapid tune gave me a quote that was 30% off compared to others.

I purchased a complete service voucher from their marketing team for a service, but when I tried to book, they told me it only gave me a 20% discount. The voucher was not cheap - it cost $199. They refused to assist me and said I had to contact their marketing company myself. The marketing company phone is disconnected and could not reach them via email too.

Come to get my ac regassed, I then realised when getting in the car the ac was stuck on Demister I went and acquired about that and they told me it was already like that. Which is was not. To then realise they’ve knocked off my vacuum line for them to then tell me they need to pull out all my climate control inside the car to diagnose the issue. I’m not dumb i automatically knew the vac line was off after 4 days the ac stopped working altogether, I took it elsewhere and was told a valve was leaking (which you’re supposed to test when regassing). Please stop trying to take advantage of females and do your job properly. $200 down the drain thanks
