i have found the service to be honest , prompt, informative and never feel pressed to do any more than i have requested, however you are foolish if you don;t listen and think about any advice given to you ,i think they are an excellent group of mechanics , doing a good job....

I have been using Mitcham Automotive for years to have my car serviced and for any urgent repairs. They are reliable and trustworthy. In two cases, they were able to keep my very old cars running safely well past what most mechanics would have done at an affordable price, until I could replace them, which made my life easier. Cannot recommend them enough. I am a customer for life.

I have been using this auto service business for many years as I totally TRUST them. That is a rare word for a trade nowadays. Their quoted prices are realistic and there are no pressure tactics. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

This was my first time there as I had been thinking to go to a local shop for service repairs since last 2-3 months. It is too early to say (as I just got my vehicle back) but it seems like a very thorough and professional work has been done. Communication was top notch as well. Recommended!

Have been going there for 6 years with petrol car and experience has been good. To be honest now I am not sure. Recently sent a diesel car there for service and the experience has been horrible. Almost $3000 worth of work done and car failed to start a few days later. They are not interested in helping and pushing me to go elsewhere. Under no circumstances go to them for diesel work. I will go elsewhere in future.

As advertised "no job is too small"! Without suitable tools at home, even a small job could be impossible. Can't say enough thanks to MAS!

Very hard to find an honest and decent mechanics who actually do all the work they charge you for. Fair prices for good quality work. I have been coming here for a number of years. Gerry is happy to take the time to explain, what is needed to fix your cars problem. Highly Recommend.

Great, friendly team. Hadn't really known were to put my car in the morning. So I just parked at the back. Even this was just calmly dealt with. Kept well informed throughout service day. From booking my service to picking up the keys. I was very impressed and reassured. Concerns I'd spoken of about new light appearing on the dashboard, on the phone, had been noted and were addressed. Very knowledgeable and experienced group. Love to support local business. I couldn't have been happier with the service and experience. Thank you all. Be back for next service.
