Good honest mechanics, which are surprisingly hard to find in Sydney! We’ve been burnt by two other providers in the East - at Bondi Beach (who blatantly overcharged us for a service that has a set fee prescribed by the government) and Vaucluse (who required us to do a whole bunch of unnecessary ‘repairs’ to pass a basic safety inspection). Midas Woollahra were awesome. Mo was very transparent with all of the work that my Jeep required and I felt pricing was fair & reasonable. Great customer service and easy to talk to. With honest opinions whilst presenting options. They detected an oil leak that I didn't mention but knew about. This is what qualified mechanics should do and we're able to advise on. They were easy to communicate with which makes Midas Woollahra easy to do business with. Also cleaned my car after the service which I also helps!

When I needed my brakes fixed as well as a full service, I chose Woollahra Midas because Moe doesn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about how my car runs. He calls before doing anything because he listens to me when I say what I can and can’t afford. Most of all, my car’s repairs are always done above and beyond the average mechanical repair level. If you don’t go there, you’re doing your car a disservice. Midas knows how to take care of your vehicle like it’s their own.

I saw Nick and Mo at Midas Woolahra to seek repair of a unique electrical/mechanical issue that other mechanics had struggled to understand. Driving through eastern distributor my flat tyre emergency light went on and had to immediately lug my car to Midas at 530pm on a Wednesday. Have taken my car and van here for a good few years. Just returned from an extended stay overseas, had an issue with my van, slow puncture, and a Friday arvo no less. Popped in to see what could be done and when. 20 mins later I'm out of there with puncture repaired.
