Midas Mansfield Tyre & Auto Service

At first have misunderstanding but the manager explain well and everything sorted out.

My vehicle needed a major service plus brake repairs. I wasn't happy with Toyota service so decided to try Midas. Now it doesn't look much from the outside but they certainly know what they're doing on the inside. I could not believe how great it drove after they finished the work and the cost was right on the mark No problems recommending the team at Midas.

They were so welcoming and friendly. Did the service quickly but with good quality as well. Highly recommend

Never trust and use Midas again! I spent over $2000 in the last two services to repair the mechanical/engine problems raised by Midas but my car did not pass the Roadworthy inspection today because of severe mechanical/engine issues. In addition, Midas charged me $700-$800 for air conditioning but it turned out that they did not find out the problems at all. Then Midas said it's the compressor problem and asked me to pay >$1000!

Brad and his team are excellent. Friendly service, and have proven themselves trustworthy on numerous occasions. Good value for money. Highly recommend!

I’m not only a car owner but also a classic car enthusiast. With a turbo diesel 4wd, an AWD hatch, a family sedan, a1982 Collector’s Edition Corvette & a 1978 Indy Pace car manual corvette, I have found Brad, Tim & the team not only share the same passion for cars but are highly skilled in all jobs I throw at them from general maintenance to full under body suspension & bushing replacement, a great job always done. 5 stars to these guys & thanks for not only caring for my cars but appreciating their historical value.

Went to Midas for my standard service, Brad as usual was great gave me all info I needed on repairs required as well as quotes. Brad as always is happy to answer all questions and give advice. Always easy to deal with, open and honest with pricing and repairs needed.

Fantastic service. My work van suddenly had an issue that was not safe to drive and meant I had turn down jobs. Contacted them as they were nearby and desperate. They were booked out but said bring it in and they will have a quick look. They had a look and gave me a quote and said they could have it fix that day. It was not a trivial task. I checked with others and it was reasonable price. In fact other places took ages to get back to me. Mansfield Midas fixed it that day. I have never experienced such a fast turn around from an auto shop. Awesome service from guys at Mansfield Midas.

Brad and the team are the best! They’ve saved my car countless times, affordable and efficient servicing. Other car places haven’t been able to work on my car as it’s European but Midas Mansfield always can and do a great job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a DPF warning light issue on my MQ Triton, the boys did a great job diagnosing the issue and saved me the worry and stress and saved me alot of money, I think I've found my new local trustworthy mechanics. Cheers guys.

The guys were great, got my car in when I wanted and the works were carried out without fuss. As I had purchased my exhaust myself all the other mechanical repairers I contacted in the Mansfield area were not interested in installing it. Thanks for your help team Midas

went to them to change the tires. they were quick to attend and provided good value. only flip side was that fibre wheel guard was poorly fixed which I luckily noticed before picking up and got it fixed.

My car has always been so well looked after at this Midas branch. Any work that needs doing is always fully explained in layman's terms and in a timely manner. I trust this workshop implicitly and never go anywhere else.

Absolutely love Brad and the boys at Midas. They can not do enough for you. Keeping me updated on costs whilst my car is being serviced. Giving me genuine advice on cars when making a purchasing. Happily listening to a phantom noise I can hear in my car. They are just the best. Always polite, respectful and honest.

I have been taking my vehicles to Midas Mansfield for more than 15 years, and I have never once regret it!! In my personal experience, Tim, Brad and their team at Midas Mansfield, have been the best mechanics I have ever had, and I have been thru many mechanic shops, unfortunately. I may not have been happy with some of the prices I've had to pay for some of the work required by my previous cars, (my fault for my vehicle's conditions) but in comparison to any other mechanic shops, their prices have always been fair and their work, clean and honest. I used to drive a 2007 Mitsubishi 380 vrx series 2, and at one point it seemed I was requiring mechanical work from Tim, Brad and their team, at Midas Mansfield at least 2 or 3 times a year. Brad pulled me aside one day and said, "can I be honest with u? I would highly suggest u do not spend 1 more cent on you car. We could definitely use the profit, but it is not worth the money u are investing in it to keep it running! My advice... cut that loss... sell the car and invest your money in a Honda or a Mazda because they are more reliable and less of a hassle, issue-wise." I took Brad's advice and bought myself a Honda Accord. Brad told me, if you need to, just bring it in, I'll take a look at it for u and let u know if it's worth keeping before u buy it. Well... I did buy the car, but I didn't take it to Brad first, did I? It wasn't until 4 years of having this car that my car's alternator gave up the ghost and my car was towed from Paddington to Midas Mansfield. To give u context on how lucky I was, Tim, Brad and team at Midas Mansfield are constantly busy with weekly bookings and yet, they STILL took the time to diagnose the problem with my car not just on the day it was delivered to them, but in a space of a few hours. I pulled up that day to see my car already in the garage being worked on, despite every parking space at their establishment in Mansfield, occupied. As they were clearly stacked with work up to their necks, Tim STILL found the time to not just advise me about my car's current state, but upon asking him if he felt that maybe I could have a go at trying to fix it himself, he said, "definitely," then called me over to my car and proceeded to explain how I should go about it and the most efficient and effective ways to do it. In the previous visits, they have also given me advice along with referrals to services outside their own business, and unaffiliated, where I could acquire services for things I wasn't happy with their prices on. I mentioned to Tim how grateful I was for that kind of integrity and for their team's work ethic. Tim said, "the customer's 'experience' is the most important thing to the business." This was simply a no-brainer for me. It is for this very reason that I will continue to trust and seek their services. When the core "value" of any business is centred on their customers, the success of the business with always thrive. I wish more businesses would model their work ethics and values on those of Tim, brad and Team Midas Mansfield! Thanks guys!!!
