I can truly say I have never had a better serves. Chris Gregg went out of his way to help me out. Picked my car up, fixed it and drove it back to me. AMAZING. I didn't know that kind of serves or care still exists. Thank you.

Towed my car to Midas harbourtown, charged me 500 bucks for fixing and the other day same thing happened again. Chris told he figured out the issue, the car only drove fine for 15 minutes and started over heating and stopped again.

Very attentive and friendly, with excellent customer care! I would recommend this business to everyone.

Had my volvo serviced here after suffering with previous mechanics who couldn't work on it properly. But here the workmanship & service was 10/10. Will be definitely coming back to midas again for regular maintenance.

While it was an issue they hadn’t come across before, they were able to work through it and sort it for us. Great work as always and it’s nice to have an ‘automotive home’ to come to whenever the need arises ;)

Absolute legends! Turned up on a Friday after 4:30pm with an issues with my Gas Conveter and needed it fixed to drive back home 5.5 hours away. They fixed the car and slotted me in in between the mechanics trying to finish off other booked in cars. Keep up the great service!

On 20/08/22, I got my car serviced by Midas and I had a really positive experience I’d like to share. For starters, Midas’ website provides an itemised list of the tasks that will be performed for your desired service (in my case it was my annually car maintenance). I like to research providers to compare service value and this made Midas stand out to me as a provider. In addition to this, first impression of costumer service at Midas Harbour town was fantastic. The gentlemen I spoke to over the phone when booking/confirming the appointment, and when I attended the facilities in person, were all really welcoming, friendly and helpful. I don’t know much about cars and yet they answered all my questions in terms I could easily understand. Also, I got to pick up my car earlier than expected which I appreciated. I received a ‘thank you for your service’ card at the end of the service which I thought was a lovely gesture. Some other things worth mentioning: 1. Saturday bookings available (super helpful if you work 9-5 jobs like myself) 2. Afterpay payment option available (great if you are on a budget like me) 3. Reasonable and accesible prices for new wheels (Also a win for me as I love affordability) 4.Harbour Town Midas is in front of a shopping centre should you wish to spend time there while waiting for your car to be serviced I’ve had negative experiences in the past with mechanics either overcharging me for services/wheels or performing extra services without my permission, especially since I am a women with very little knowledge of cars. When approaching Midas for my car service I had (what I call) a bit of healthy paranoia, making sure things progressed as discussed. Needless to say they exceeded my expectations and I’m really happy with the outcome. I would recommend Midas to family and friends, and also return as a customer. I had a great experience. From the start of booking and right through to picking up my car. Rob explain everything and made me feel comfortable with price and what needed to be done. Fantastic. The manager is one of the nicest , most helpful blokes getting round and they get the job done on time , on budget and didn’t once feel like I’m getting shafted , which some mechanics almost pride themselves on .

Have never had a bad experience at Midas Harbour Town. Fantastic service, friendly Manager who takes the time to explain repairs and faults. And for the ladies....no mis-treatment just for being female A++++

Not overly impressed. My girlfriend paid for the extensive service: 1) Explained to them about a transmission problem but they never looked into it. This was the main reason taking the vehicle here and getting the major service done. 2) Listed on the Entertainment app for $50 off this type of service, but refused to honour it. Another big reason we decided to go there. 3) Wipers were replaced ($80) when they were perfectly fine. In fact, they were costly WiperTech ones that were only 16 months old. 4) Was told the front tyres needed replacing as down to the indicators. There's still about a half centimetre to go, which is 6-9 months with how much she drives. For almost $600, can't help but feel a bit jipped, but hey, a free air freshener and half a dozen Minties - winning!

Really friendly service and employees I feel like I can trust to provide a good service at appropriate price. I choose to drive 25 minutes just to go to this Midas centre.

Had a nail in our tyre we got that fixed, The people there were really nice had good service and good environment.

1st time at a Midas service centre , the manager , Chris was very helpful and informative. I'm pleased with the work on my car today . Further issues with my car need to be addressed and this was discussed in detail with Chris. I shall be taking my car back for further repairs. All in all , very happy and would highly recommend .

I took my son's car to Midas Harbortown to have its timing belt replaced as my regular mechanic wasn't able to do it. I had not been here before. The price I was quoted was reasonable and Chris was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He could book me in quickly and, as I work long hours, their opening time of 7:30am was ideal because I could drop the car off on one day and pick it up the next day before I started work - very convenient. As a female consumer it is always a worry when we take cars to mechanics but I felt very comfortable with this place. When the job was completed it was all explained to me and all paperwork was provided as to what they had done. I was very happy with the friendly service I received at Midas Harbortown. Thank you :-)
